"How is it?" In an office adorned with high-gloss marble, a man dressed in an exquisite black suit sat with his back to the desk, facing the floor-to-ceiling windows, and asked in a deep voice.
"Young Master Si, she refused," Mukai Hisashi replied softly, slightly bowing.
The man known as Young Master Si suddenly turned around. The chair screeched sharply against the floor as he spun. He raised his arm and picked up an envelope from the corner of the desk with his long, elegant fingers. Opening it, he poured out several photographs.
"This is what Shaoyang sent," he said, handing the photos to Mukai Hisashi.
"This must have been taken intentionally. Young Master Si, Shaoyang seems to be getting addicted to this game. Do you want to continue playing along?" Mukai Hisashi looked at the photos; the woman in them was Summer, whom he had just met today. He had already gathered nearly all her information, which was why today's meeting took place.
"If he enjoys playing, let him be. However, I have also said that I won't allow any women around him, even if it's just for fun. I will drive them all away; this is the price he must pay!"
Mu Shaosi, a Chinese man of Japanese descent, also known as Dong Shan Zhong, is referred to as Young Master Si. He holds two identities: one as the mysterious behind-the-scenes president of Qingtian Group and another as the Young Master of the notorious Japanese underworld organization Cherry Blossom Hall.
As the president of Qingtian Group, very few people have seen his true face aside from senior executives because he rarely appears before the group’s employees. He has a professional team that instills fear in the industry; wherever they go, acquisitions and mergers are always successful. This is also why Qingtian Group has become a dominant force in business within just a few years. As president, Mu Shaosi only needs to issue commands; his team will execute them without fail.
Cherry Blossom Hall was established by his grandfather Takahashi Ryu and a group of loyal brothers through years of fighting for territory with real weapons. Now under Dong Shan Zhong's leadership as Young Master, it has gradually been cleaned up and put on the right track. The bars, nightclubs, karaoke lounges, and hotels under Cherry Blossom Hall are thriving, and the brothers who follow him admire Dong Shan Zhong’s character and are devoted to becoming part of Cherry Blossom Hall.
Currently, Cherry Blossom Hall consists of four factions: Longmen, Cloud Gate, Sword Gate, and Wave Gate. The leader of Cloud Gate is Duan Ruyin, Sword Gate is Shirakawa Fuji, and Wave Gate is Shinohara Ryo. These three leaders reside in Japan and support the daily operations of Cherry Blossom Hall. Only Mukai Hisashi, the leader of Longmen, stays close to Mu Shaosi as his personal bodyguard and operations director for Qingtian Group.
"So Young Master Si, what should I do next? Perhaps Shaoyang has already offered her some conditions, so it's not surprising that she isn't interested in my proposal."
"I believe it won't be difficult to win her over. Joining Sky Media is a rare opportunity for her to gain fame. Since Young Master Si was a teenager, he had been his personal bodyguard, so he knew that Young Master Si had vowed, due to his mother's influence, never to let his half-brother Augus find love and happiness. He had forgotten when it started, but from that moment on, any woman who appeared around Shaoyang would be driven away by Young Master Si using money or schemes. He wanted Shaoyang to remain forever lonely; it was a debt owed by Shaoyang's mother that he wanted Shaoyang to repay.
And he was the one who acted on behalf of Young Master Si to drive those women away. Whether through money, seduction, or other methods, as long as he could grasp their weaknesses for coercion, they would obediently leave or retreat, never to appear by Shaoyang's side again.
