The next day, Xinran slowly opened her eyes, waking up naturally. She glanced at the sunlight streaming through the window, which cast a heart shape on the wall, romantic and pleasant. She got out of bed and sat on the windowsill, feeling the warmth of the sun. She squinted slightly as the sunlight hit her face, bright yet warm, bringing her a sense of peace.
After a moment, she jumped down from the windowsill and walked out of her bedroom. Habitually, she turned on the television and snuggled into the sofa.
