Chen Mazi nodded repeatedly, his face filled with gratitude. He never expected that after sparing his life, Ye Tian would not only refrain from expelling him but also share three-tenths of the Li Huo Sect's wealth with him. This genuinely moved him towards goodness, and he assured Ye Tian that as long as he was around, no evil would thrive in this small town.
"I hope what you say is true. If I hear that you commit evil again in the future, I will return to take your head."
"Rest assured, Young Master Ye. I, Chen Mazi, will definitely turn over a new leaf," Chen Mazi replied earnestly.
"Very well. Don't let me down." With that, Ye Tian turned and left.
Chen Mazi led his men to see him off for ten miles. Ye Tian found it quite bothersome before they finally departed.
With the matter of the Li Huo Sect resolved, the mission could be considered an overachievement; however, exceeding expectations held little significance—only completing it quickly would yield additional rewards.
The standard completion time for this mission was seven days. Ye Tian managed to complete it in two and a half days while also traveling, which should certainly qualify as a swift completion.
"I wonder if Duan Liu has completed his mission," Ye Tian thought while on his way. According to the mission description, the traitorous disciple from Cloud Sea Sect had already reached the Sixth-Stage Martial Artist level before descending the mountain. Now that several months had passed, he likely had made further progress.
But if he was not exceptionally gifted, he likely wouldn't break through much, at most reaching the level of a Seventh-Dan Martial Artist.
For Duan Liu, a Seventh-Dan Martial Artist was not a problem, and it could even be said that it posed no pressure at all.

In less than half a day, the Message Bug returned, bringing back Yun'er's message.
To the south of Luoma Market, seventy miles away, was Little Tong Village.
Upon seeing Yun'er's message, Ye Tian felt relieved; seventy miles was nothing to him and could be reached in just an hour.
He first filled his stomach because he had been trapped under ruins at Li Huo Sect and his clothes were quite damaged. So he bought a new outfit before setting off.
He departed in the evening and reached the village known as Little Tong Village before nightfall.
Though called a village, it actually belonged to a small town; however, it was much larger than an ordinary village.
The Crimson Dragon and Nine Nether Ice Phoenix seemed to have an ancient grudge against each other, so their sensing distance exceeded what would normally be expected based on their strengths.
Yun'er had already sensed Ye Tian's aura and was waiting at the village entrance.
"How does it feel to wait for a husband returning home from farming?" Ye Tian asked with a smile.
Yun'er smiled lightly, not playing along with Ye Tian's joke. "Did you go to Duan Liu and Sister Ningyue's place?"
"Of course I did. I even helped them complete their task. They should have returned to the mountain by now," Ye Tian lied without hesitation.
"You're lying," Yun'er said, clearly not believing him, pouting her lips in feigned displeasure.
Ye Tian chuckled and walked into the village.
"I knew you would be the first to come looking for me," Yun'er said happily as she followed him.
"Is that Bandit really strong?" Ye Tian asked.
"No, just a Sixth-Stage Martial Artist. He's hiding here, buying land and living incognito, becoming a local tyrant," Yun'er explained the situation regarding their target.
"Is he still doing evil?" After what happened with Chen Mazi, Ye Tian no longer harbored extreme hatred for these so-called villains. They were considered evil mainly because they had some level of power; if they could pull back in time and turn around, there was a great possibility they could benefit the local people.
"He hasn't done anything too terrible, just some minor evils. I don't think he deserves to be executed," Yun'er replied.
Hearing this, Ye Tian felt sweet inside; the two of them always had such a tacit understanding, their thoughts often aligning without words.
However, despite feeling pleased, Ye Tian still wanted to tease her: "Is this why you didn't take action and waited for me to come?"
"Well, what's wrong with that?" Yun'er knew exactly what Ye Tian was thinking; he was just trying to take advantage of the situation.
"I traveled a long way to help you complete your task. How are you going to thank me?" Ye Tian asked with a mischievous grin.
"How about this?" Yun'er said as she planted a kiss on Ye Tian's cheek.
"No, that's not enough." Ye Tian pressed for more.
"Then this will definitely work." Yun'er smiled gently, her delicate hands lightly resting on Ye Tian's chest.
Ye Tian's heart raced, wondering when Yun'er had become so bold.
Before he could gather his thoughts, Yun'er revealed a mischievous grin, letting out a couple of playful laughs. At the same time, she forcefully twisted his chest.
Although the chest isn't a sensitive area for men, it still hurt quite a bit. Caught off guard, Ye Tian cried out in pain.
"Are you satisfied now?" Yun'er released her grip and smiled as she looked at Ye Tian.
"Uh... satisfied..." Ye Tian replied with a dark expression, not daring to continue the banter with Yun'er.
As they spoke, the two had already arrived in front of the manor purchased by the Bandit.
The courtyard wasn't very large, but it was quite impressive in this area. There were no guards at the entrance, just two stone lions flanking a red door adorned with a golden plaque, giving off a somewhat wealthy vibe.
"Pan Manor," Ye Tian read softly before starting to knock on the door.

After knocking for a while, footsteps finally came from inside, followed by an elderly voice.
"Who is it?"
"I have business to discuss with the Pan Family Head."
"What Pan Family Head? ... You mean Mr. Pan, right?" The old man at the door clearly didn't know what a family head was, as this wasn't a family-run establishment but just an ordinary residence.
"Yes, yes, yes, I am a distant relative of Mr. Pan, having traveled thousands of miles to seek refuge," Ye Tian said. He wasn't just speaking casually; after all, he had indeed come from the Cloud Sea Sect specifically for that so-called Mr. Pan.
"Oh, just a moment, I'll go inform him," the old gatekeeper replied.
Upon hearing this, Ye Tian and Yun'er exchanged glances, thinking that this bandit was quite cautious. However, since they were here today, they had no intention of leaving without a confrontation. If Mr. Pan refused to see them, they would have no choice but to resort to force.
After waiting for a while, the old man's footsteps echoed again as he approached the door and opened it wide.
"Please come in; the gentleman is in the Inner Hall."
Ye Tian cupped his hands in thanks and walked toward the Inner Hall. However, the old man did not follow them, saying he needed to go buy some vegetables and fruits before taking his leave.
"Isn't anyone going to guide us?" Ye Tian asked as he turned back.
The old man hurriedly replied, "Just keep going straight; the Inner Hall is right across." With that, he left without looking back.
Ye Tian nodded and then proceeded with Yun'er toward the Inner Courtyard.
Sure enough, upon entering the courtyard, they immediately saw the Inner Hall. The door was open, and inside sat a plump merchant who was personally brewing tea.
"You're here? Please come in!" The fat merchant exclaimed upon seeing Ye Tian and Yun'er, quickly rising to greet them warmly.
Ye Tian was not polite and stepped inside, directly choosing a chair to sit down. Yun'er took a seat beside him.
"What brings you two to my humble abode?" the Fat Merchant asked with a beaming smile.
"We're looking for someone," Ye Tian replied coldly.
"Who are you looking for?" The Fat Merchant's expression remained unchanged.
"Are you Mr. Pan?"
"Indeed, I am Pande Jiang." Mr. Pan began to pour tea for Ye Tian and Yun'er.
"Do you know who we are?" Ye Tian pushed the tea aside and asked.
"I do not know, but judging by your demeanor, you must be talented individuals from some major force." Mr. Pan remained calm and polite.
Ye Tian frowned slightly; this guy seemed more difficult to deal with than expected. Regardless of his strength, his composed demeanor in the face of impending danger was quite admirable.
Of course, it was also possible that this guy had no idea he was about to face trouble. However, that scenario was nearly impossible, as Mr. Pan did not strike one as a fool.
"We come from Cloud Sea Sect," Ye Tian said, looking directly at him, trying to find any clues in his eyes.
"Cloud Sea Sect?!" Mr. Pan was taken aback.
"Are you really Mr. Pan?" Ye Tian felt a bit confused because although the other party was surprised, he showed no signs of panic or fear.
