Curious, Ye Tian followed his line of sight and saw a woman walking towards them through the crowd, and Duan Liu's attention was clearly fixed on her.
"Miss, let’s go back. It’s too hot; take care of your skin," a Maid beside the woman said, holding an umbrella over her while exposing herself to the scorching sun.
"Isn’t she beautiful?" Duan Liu asked Ye Tian, taking advantage of the moment when the Maid blocked the woman's view.
Ye Tian nodded; the woman was indeed beautiful, not just beautiful but like a fairy descended from heaven.
Her features were picturesque, her smile like spring, her brows elegantly arched, and her skin as smooth as cream. She wore a light-colored long dress that showcased her graceful demeanor; she was as ladylike as one could be.
However, her long hair cascaded down like a waterfall, adding a touch of wildness to her gentle appearance.

With such a beauty in the world, naturally all men would be captivated; however, most were merely stealing glances. Only Duan Liu was staring unabashedly.

That single glance was enough to leave Duan Liu stunned, as if struck by lightning. His body trembled, and he became so excited that he started dancing around. He was determined to run up and talk to her.
Ye Tian was startled and quickly reached out to pull him back, but unexpectedly, Duan Liu was so eager that he unleashed a gust of wind, sending the unsuspecting Ye Tian flying to the side.

The surrounding crowd couldn't withstand such heat and scattered immediately. Moments later, sporadic cheers erupted as most of them were watching the stunning beauty turn back around.
"What are you doing?!" the Maid became tense.
However, the breathtaking woman signaled for the Maid to step back and approached the pillar of Void Fire alone, gazing up thoughtfully.
Ye Tian had been quietly observing all along. He vaguely felt that this woman was anything but ordinary—not just because of her looks but also due to her background.
"My name is Yan Ruyu. If you have time, you can come find me at the Flower Pavilion." The stunning woman looked at him for a while before finally speaking, leaving Duan Liu with those words before gracefully departing.
