After returning to his residence, Ye Tian found it hard to fall asleep. Just as he was finally feeling drowsy at dawn, Duan Liu came looking for him.
"Get up, get up, something's happened," Duan Liu said without hesitation, shaking Ye Tian vigorously.

Just then, footsteps were heard outside the door. The two listened closely; it was not two people but just one.
"See? It's either Sister Ningyue or Yun'er," Duan Liu said smugly.
"Even if it's one of them, they definitely aren't here for this. If it were that important, they would come together," Ye Tian analyzed.
"Let's see. The footsteps sound steady; it should be Yun'er. Since you don't believe me, watch me carry your wife!" Duan Liu chuckled mischievously and quietly positioned himself by the door to ambush.
For matters like this, Ye Tian naturally wouldn't mind; it's normal for brothers to joke around like this.
