“Qingcheng, do you think Brother Five will be able to get train tickets?” I asked casually.
“Yesterday was the last day of the National Day holiday; tomorrow's tickets should be less tight,” Xiao Qingcheng replied casually before changing her humming tune.
Hearing the melody she hummed sent a jolt through me; I sat up straight. “Qingcheng, is that tune you’re humming...”
“What? Is it nice?” Xiao Qingcheng looked at me with sparkling eyes.
"I am, how come you are humming this tune?" I stammered, "Who taught you this song?"
The tune that Xiao Qingcheng was humming was actually the first one I heard when I went to Moon City with Guo'er. She hummed it for me on the train. At that time, Guo'er said her mother taught her this song, so how does Xiao Qingcheng know it too?
Xiao Qingcheng paused for a moment, then smiled brightly, "This is what Sister Guo taught me."
I awkwardly touched my nose, "Oh, I see."
Just as Xiao Qingcheng was about to say something, Sister Five quietly walked out holding Peach, who had already fallen asleep. All nine beams of white light converged at the center swimming pool, forming a white ball that swayed before disappearing into the surface of the water. The swimming pool remained as usual, with ripples on its surface as if nothing had happened.
