"I don't care; you promised me. You have to take me with you until I regain my memory," Ruo Xi stuck out her tongue at Huo Feng.
Huo Feng rubbed his forehead as if feeling greatly wronged and said, "I feel like I've been sold to you."
Ruo Xi laughed and said, "It's too late to regret now; I'm sticking with you wherever you go. Besides, if someone else wanted to sell me, I wouldn't care; you should feel honored."

"Her name is Ruo Xi, and I met her in the Icebound Mountains," Huo Feng replied.
"Hello, Uncle Huo," Ruo Xi quickly greeted Huo Lianqing with a bow.
Huo Lianqing smiled and nodded at her, then leaned in with a strange look and whispered to Huo Feng, "Son, this girl is quite beautiful. It seems your trip to the Icebound Mountains went well; you brought back a bride for me."
Huo Feng glanced at Ruo Xi and said, "Dad, what are you thinking? This matter is a bit complicated; let's go inside."
He turned to Ruo Xi and said, "Ruo Xi, let's go to my father's study and tell him what happened."
Huo Feng and Ruo Xi followed Huo Lianqing into his study. Once inside, Huo Feng closed the door and said with a smile, "Dad, I have some great news to share with you."
"What could possibly move your old man? Are you two planning to get married? That seems a bit early for you both," Huo Lianqing chuckled.
"Uncle Huo," Ruo Xi blushed at Huo Lianqing's words and pouted playfully.
"Hahaha... just joking! Look, the girl is shy now," Huo Lianqing's teasing made Ruo Xi's face turn even redder as she buried her head in her chest, too embarrassed to look up.
"Dad, this is really something that will surprise you. Do you want to hear it?" Even thirteen-year-old Huo Feng felt a bit shy now, but he continued with what he wanted to say.
"Alright then, what is this big matter?" Huo Lianqing asked seriously.

So, Huo Feng recounted everything that had happened in the Icebound Mountains to Huo Lianqing. Huo Lianqing could no longer sit still; he stood up and grabbed Huo Feng's shoulders, saying, "Is it true? They are dead? That's great! I was worried they might secretly collude against our family because of this competition. Now that these two main figures are dead, I can rest easy. My good son, I didn't expect you to have such good luck after being forced into hiding for so many years."
"I didn't expect it either. Everything feels like a dream; I could only fantasize about it occasionally before. Father, there's another thing I need to ask of you, regarding Ruo Xi." Huo Feng said.
Hearing her name mentioned, Ruo Xi looked up with a puzzled expression at Huo Feng. At this moment, her face had returned to normal.

Huo Lianqing was surprised but then smiled in satisfaction, saying, "Alright then, you both can go together. That night, after arranging Ruo Xi's accommodation, Huo Feng went to the rooftop to practice as usual. "Then you really agree to leave together," Ruo Xi exclaimed happily, jumping up with excitement.
"Shh! Keep your voice down. We need to leave quickly while my father is still asleep. I don’t like that feeling of saying goodbye. Since you came here on your own, let’s go now," Huo Feng said somewhat sadly.
Ruo Xi looked at Huo Feng and suddenly realized that he wasn’t as playful and teasing as he usually appeared to her; he didn’t show the same fierce demeanor he had towards enemies. It turned out he was also someone capable of such emotions.
Huo Feng took Ruo Xi and swiftly left the city. Along the way, Huo Feng remained silent, never once looking back toward Nottingham City. Ruo Xi quietly followed beside him without saying a word but occasionally cast unusual glances at him.
Just after they exited the city, a figure stood at the city gate. This person looked in the direction Huo Feng had left and said, "Silly son, you are my child; do you think I don't know what you're thinking?" He stood there for a long time, unwilling to leave that spot.
