Ye Chuanze and Rahul reached a strategic agreement, allowing the two to coexist peacefully. Ye Chuanze no longer spent his days plotting against Rahul, and Rahul found no joy in tormenting Ye Chuanze. Without Ye Chuanze hindering him, Rahul found it much more enjoyable to fight, and he expressed his satisfaction. Other immortals of Primordial were engaged in fierce battles over treasures, but Rahul was not interested in the treasures themselves; he was only keen on the fights and challenging strong opponents. 0

Moreover, Rahul had high standards and looked down on ordinary treasures, usually leaving right after defeating his enemies. This benefited Ye Chuanze, who would float by with a lotus-shaped appearance after Rahul finished off an opponent, skillfully looting the bodies. Thanks to the Twelfth-Grade Annihilation Black Lotus, which had its own space, he could store an unlimited amount of items. Ye Chuanze claimed to have experience in body looting; he had done plenty of this when he was with Sword Three! 0

Ye Chuanze often felt as if he was teaming up with Rahul to grind monsters, with Rahul being the master player executing flashy moves while he trailed behind, casually collecting experience and items. It must be said... slacking off felt great! Gaining experience felt great! Picking up items for free felt great! Thus, Ye Chuanze expressed his satisfaction with slacking off, gaining experience, and looting bodies. 0

As a result, both satisfied individuals hit it off and became partners in crime, traversing Primordial while mocking their enemies and killing for treasures. Rahul killed while Ye Chuanze looted. During this process of killing and looting, Ye Chuanze faithfully fulfilled the role of a top-tier innate treasure—capable of offense and defense, ready to take down foes. It must be said that during his time following Rahul, Ye Chuanze truly broadened his horizons and learned a lot. 0

Well... what he learned were mostly methods of killing. Did you expect the future Demon Ancestor to engage in refined pursuits like music or chess? Don't be foolish; even if Rahul could play music or chess, Ye Chuanze —a once rational engineering student—would never grasp those skills. 0

"Tsk tsk, another one bites the dust," Ye Chuanze remarked as he looked at the immortal lying dead on the ground, showing no sympathy as he expertly floated over in his lotus form to begin automatically collecting treasures. 0

Rahul stood nearby, slightly impatient as he said, "What do you need so many treasures for? You can't even use them." It was just a top-tier innate treasure; did he really think of himself as an immortal? 0

"Just because I can't use them now doesn't mean I won't be able to use them later. Treasures won't break just sitting there." Unlike Rahul, Ye Chuanze firmly believed that he would eventually cultivate into human form; it was better to prepare treasures early since Primordial was an era where treasures were paramount. 0

Rahul scoffed dismissively and stood aside impatiently waiting for Ye Chuanze to finish. 0

After collecting everything, Ye Chuanze floated back to Rahul's side and asked, "What should we do next? Which immortal shall we provoke?" The last part of his sentence carried a hint of excitement; provoking an immortal meant death for them and... more bodies to loot and treasures to acquire! Given Rahul's exceptional strength, any enemy worthy of his attention would be formidable immortals. The treasures hoarded by these powerful immortals were certainly not ordinary items; since Rahul had high standards and generally overlooked common treasures, those would ultimately end up in Ye Chuanze's hands. 0

If at first Ye Chuanze followed Rahul out of necessity, now he was somewhat willing—all for the sake of treasures! People die for wealth; Ye Chuanze believed that for these treasures, he could endure humiliation! 0

"I don't know," Rahul replied lazily. "These immortals are all too weak; it's not worth fighting them." 0

"Hmph!" Ye Chuanze couldn't help but scoff at this remark. "That's because you go all out to beat them to death." These ancient immortals from Primordial naturally possessed extraordinary magical powers but were no match for Rahul when it came to fighting. Generally speaking, immortals would consider victory or defeat in battles based on outcomes; however, Rahul fought with life and death at stake. It was either you die or I perish. When an immortal pursuing victory encounters Rahul—who pursues life or death—the outcome is evident from who survives. 0

"Of course, when fighting, one must use real skills. What good is hiding and dodging?" 0

"Well, you don't need to kill them, do you? Right now, your name, Rahul, has spread throughout the Primordial realm. Everyone fears it and wishes to see you punished." 0

"Naturally, they must be killed. If I don't kill them, will I wait for them to seek revenge? I cannot allow my enemies to be scattered throughout the Primordial realm." 0

Ye Chuanze thought for a moment and agreed, "That's true." 0

"I thought..." Rahul said with a tone that was half-smile, "you would be pleased that I killed them? Are you satisfied with those treasures?" 0

"Of course... I'm satisfied. However, if you continue to commit such acts of slaughter, I'm afraid you'll eventually meet a fate of death and destruction." Ye Chuanze rarely advised him, stating that since ancient times, evil never triumphs over good. Excessive killing brings heavy karma, and the final outcome is unlikely to be favorable. No matter how arrogant Rahul is or how much he disdains the heavenly principles, it cannot be denied that he is still bound by them. If one day the heavens no longer tolerate him, his fate may not be better than those immortals who died at his hands. 0

Hearing this, Rahul curled his lips in disdain: "If I meet such an end, then it would only mean my skills were inferior; I cannot blame others!" 0

Ye Chuanze could only give up and let him be. 0

After that, Rahul remained quiet for quite some time. With his overwhelming strength, there were few opponents who caught his eye. Without opponents meant no fights to engage in, and without fights, Rahul suddenly became quiet—a rare peace. This tranquility made Ye Chuanze somewhat uncomfortable; the fierce demon lord had turned into a recluse—could you accept that? 0

"How about going out to travel the world? You might encounter some decent immortals," Ye Chuanze suggested. 0

"I'm not going," Rahul refused without hesitation. "Most of the capable immortals have already been killed by me; what's left are just the old, weak, women, and children." 0

Ye Chuanze's face twitched; old, weak women and children... what a description! 0

"What? Black Lotus, do you find it boring?" Rahul asked. 0

"No, I'm just worried that you might find it boring." 0

"Ha ha..." Rahul chuckled lightly and said, "Black Lotus, you really are quite considerate!" 0

"Hmph! I'm just afraid you'll get bored and come to bother me, don't get the wrong idea," Ye Chuanze retorted coldly. 0

"Ha..." In response, Rahul let out a low, deep laugh. 0

"Black Lotus, how much longer until you can take human form?" Rahul suddenly asked. 0

"I don't know." At this point, Ye Chuanze's voice dropped a few notches. He had been diligently cultivating and could sense his improvement in cultivation level, yet he still couldn't transform into human form. It seemed that the saying was true: the heavens do not allow it! Ha! To hell with the heavens! 0

"Why are you suddenly concerned about this?" Ye Chuanze asked. 0

"I just think..." Rahul paused slightly, a smile appearing at the corner of his mouth. "If you could take human form, it would be nice; we could have a match." 0

"...Sadist, get lost!" 0

"We agreed on this, Black Lotus. I'll wait for you to take human form so we can have a match!" 0

"Don't make promises on your own! Who wants to have a match with you? I don't have a death wish!" 0
