Chen Haoxuan's rapid development made many envious, and numerous businessmen began to curry favor with him. "You only know how to say what I like to hear," Chen Yina said happily. She loved it when Chen Haoxuan praised her; every compliment made her feel blissful.
"If you weren't so outstanding, I wouldn't be able to compliment you even if I wanted to!" Chen Haoxuan laughed.
"Brother Xuan, I want to tell you something," Chen Yina suddenly said seriously.
"Sure, go ahead!" Chen Haoxuan replied as he picked up his bowl and continued eating.
"Can you give me a ride home tomorrow? I haven't been back in a long time, and I miss my parents," Chen Yina said, her cheeks flushing lightly. She felt embarrassed because she was lying. It wasn't that she missed her parents; she wanted to go home and tell them that she liked Chen Haoxuan.
"Nana's request? When have I ever refused? Tomorrow it is! No problem, I'll buy a bunch of nutritious food for Auntie and Uncle this afternoon," Chen Haoxuan replied readily. He had long considered Li Ping and the others as his own family, so he always brought delicious treats for them whenever he went home.
"Thank you, Brother Xuan," Chen Yina said happily. If she were sitting next to him right now, she would definitely lean over and give him a kiss out of joy.
In the afternoon, Chen Haoxuan handed over his work to Chen Yina and drove back to buy some things. That afternoon, Chen Haoxuan returned with over a thousand yuan worth of items, including various snacks and nutritional products.
