Beyond these two levels, there are seven more stages, ranked from low to high as follows: Slightly Accomplished, Proficient, Thoroughly Understood, Mastered, Outstanding, Transcendent, and finally the peak level of Returning to Simplicity.
The total mastery levels consist of nine tiers, known as the Nine Layers in the Martial Arts Realm.
With each increase in mastery level, the power of the skill becomes greater.
Only the creator of a skill can reach the pinnacle of the ninth layer. No other practitioners, regardless of their innate talent or terrifying Mental Power, can achieve the ninth layer of Returning to Simplicity.
A low-level Combat Skill at Level 1 could yield astonishing effects if someone were to master it to the ninth layer, allowing them to directly contend with Intermediate Combat Skills.
Bu possessed sufficient Mental Power; however, upon first learning, his mastery level had already reached the fifth layer. When used, its power was indeed impressive.
