"His face is turning blue; he probably can't be saved!" 0

The murmurs and expressions of pity from the crowd reached Qing Luan's ears. The heart-wrenching cries sent chills down her spine. She could not reject the overwhelming maternal love that seemed to cry out from the depths of her soul, a pain that no one could bear. 0

"Can I take a look?" As she squeezed through the crowd, Qing Luan saw a woman sitting on the ground, tightly clutching her child and weeping loudly, as if half of her spirit had been lost. Beside her, a man crouched down, silently shedding tears, his clenched fists revealing bulging veins that evoked deep sympathy. 0

As soon as she spoke, everyone turned to look at her, puzzled by how a dirty little girl could possibly understand medicine. 0

"Don't make things worse; they're already suffering enough without you causing trouble," someone scolded her. 0

"Yes, yes! They are good people; they can't afford to be disrespected!" another voice chimed in. 0

Qing Luan remained silent, her clear eyes fixed on the woman holding her child. She knew the woman would agree—everyone was saying her son was dead, and her words were a lifeline. Even if it was just a last glimmer of hope, it was worth fighting for. 0

"Please, save my son! Save my son!" The woman immediately released her child and attempted to kneel, but Qing Luan stopped her. 0

"If you want to save your son, you must listen to me," Qing Luan said without further explanation as she began examining the child. She believed the boy could be saved and instructed the woman, "Breathe in deeply and blow air into your son's mouth. Don't stop." As she pressed down on the child's chest, she continued speaking. 0

While everyone else hesitated to act, she took charge, giving the Lin couple a flicker of hope. They quickly followed her instructions... 0

Time passed slowly as the crowd held their breath, fearing that hope would only lead to greater disappointment. Just when they felt they could no longer endure it, the child let out a small gasp as Qing Luan pressed down firmly on his chest. Water spilled from his mouth, and then he made a faint sound that left everyone stunned. 0

"Quick! Take him to the clinic!" Once the child showed signs of life, everyone stood frozen in disbelief as Qing Luan shouted urgently. 0

"Ah," Master Lin was the first to react, grabbing the child and running. Most of the people followed suit, but Qing Luan collapsed onto the ground, utterly exhausted. She was truly worn out. 0

"Miss," Qin'er hurriedly rushed over to embrace her, gently wiping the sweat from her forehead. They had used all their strength to escape, and Qing Luan had risked her life to save the child. 0

"I'm fine," Qing Luan tried to smile to reassure Qin'er that she was okay, but as soon as the tension released, darkness enveloped her, and she lost consciousness. 0

"Miss," a soft voice called out in Qing Luan's ear, prompting her to open her weary eyes. She was met with two enlarged faces, leaving her momentarily confused. "What happened to me?" 0

"Miss, you fainted," Qin'er recalled with a shiver of fear. "A kind person brought you to the clinic." 0

"The clinic?" Upon hearing this, Qing Luan immediately regained her senses. She understood their current situation and quickly sat up. "I'm fine, we..." 0
