Hanno used his Divine Sense to scan the room and recognized the person taking photos as Zhang Yanyan, a relatively important supporting character in the production. She was quite attractive and had been recommended to the crew by another investor. The film's investment was substantial, prompting Shen Chuiyang to collaborate with two other companies for funding. Zhang Yanyan's acting skills were decent; Jia Qianjun rated her as having potential but noted that she only dedicated seventy percent of her focus to acting. If she applied the remaining thirty percent to her craft, winning a Best Supporting Actress award would be within reach. However, some people just couldn't get their priorities straight. 0

When Jia Qianjun sought her out, Zhang Yanyan felt pleased and didn't think much about why Hanno approached her right after she took his photo. She believed her actions had been swift and discreet enough for Hanno not to notice her. 0

Zhang Yanyan opened the door, ready to smile and thank Hanno, only to be met with a pair of deep black eyes that seemed as endless as an abyss. Her head spun, and she lost consciousness. 0

Hanno used a soul-controlling technique from the Nine Yin Manual to subdue Zhang Yanyan. He took her phone, deleted all photos of her, and erased any related memories from her mind. 0

What kind of lesson should he teach her? Hanno's gaze fell upon Zhang Yanyan's beautiful face, and he chuckled softly. It seemed that her role in the production would soon come to an end, and any blemish on her face wouldn't affect the Dawn of the Apocalypse crew. 0

After implanting a psychological suggestion in Zhang Yanyan's mind, Hanno left the hotel in good spirits. Instead of going home, he headed to the Provincial Capital, where he booked a room at a four-star hotel near his company and enjoyed a good night's sleep until nine o'clock the next morning. After a hearty breakfast, Hanno made his way to the office. Shen Chuiyang arrived even later than him; Chang Miao was about to give birth, so Shen Chuiyang had taken precautions by admitting her to the hospital early and securing a VIP room for her. 0

"What's brought you to the office today?" Shen Chuiyang teased. Hanno rarely showed up without a reason. 0

Hanno smiled, "I just came to take a look; nothing much going on. I'll visit Miao Miao at the hospital later before heading back to D City." 0

"Don't rush off just yet," Shen Chuiyang replied. "Here are the financial statements for the first half of the year; review them and point out any discrepancies." 0

"What's wrong with them?" Hanno lazily accepted the financial report. "I trust your work." 0

"I'm not sure I trust myself," Shen Chuiyang rolled his eyes. "I'm worried I might succumb to temptation with all this money around and make mistakes." 0

Hanno chuckled, "You own twenty-five percent of the company; do you really think you'd embezzle funds?" 0

Shen Chuiyang sighed, "With so much money flashing before my eyes, it's hard not to reach out." 0

"Then go ahead," Hanno said casually. "If you end up in prison, I'll take care of your wife and son." 0

"No need for that; my wife and son are my responsibility," Shen Chuiyang replied firmly, turning his attention back to work so Hanno could focus on reviewing the financial report without interruption. 0

Ten minutes later, Hanno spoke up: "I've finished reviewing it; there are no errors. The company and Foundation performed well in the first half of the year—thanks to you." 0

Shen Chuiyang looked up in surprise: "You finished that quickly? Did you really look closely?" 0

"Of course I did," Hanno shook the report lightly. "I can read ten lines at once and have an excellent memory; I grasp everything at a glance." 0

Shen Chuiyang's expression was still filled with doubt when Hanno casually recited some key figures from the report. Shen Chuiyang's face turned to one of surprise as he asked, "Do you really have the ability to read at a glance and have a photographic memory? And you're so talented with numbers, why didn't you study accounting?" 0

Hanno returned to his lazy demeanor, saying, "I don't know either. It wasn't until I studied Administrative Management that I realized my strength lies not in management but in numbers. But I'm quite lazy and didn't bother to learn a second major." 0

"I can see that," Shen Chuiyang remarked, tugging at the corner of his mouth at Hanno's slothful appearance. "How about—" 0

Before he could finish, Hanno's lazy expression vanished, replaced by an intense seriousness as he sat up from the sofa and rushed to the window. 0

"What’s wrong?" Shen Chuiyang asked, puzzled, and followed him to the window. He peered outside and saw an airplane flying erratically, seemingly in trouble. Then he noticed two figures descending with parachutes from the sky, followed by the plane plummeting. 0

"Oh no!" Shen Chuiyang exclaimed in shock. "We need to notify all employees to evacuate." 0

Even though the plane was still airborne, his past experiences and knowledge allowed him to deduce that it would ultimately crash onto the building where their company was located. The damage would not be as catastrophic as that of 9/11 on the World Trade Center, but it wouldn't be insignificant either. 0

Hanno looked up, squinting slightly to mask his thoughts, and said nonchalantly, "No need; the plane won't land on us." 0

"Hanno, don't forget what my previous profession was! I can still determine where the plane will fall," Shen Chuiyang insisted urgently, ready to run out and alert the others in the company. 0

Hanno did not stop him but continued gazing out the window. There were people out there, yet no one could see them; even modern technological instruments could not detect them. Only Hanno could perceive the presence of those two individuals using his Divine Sense. 0

"This world truly has other Cultivators, and they have indeed emerged," Hanno sighed. 0

The airplane's descent was caused by two Cultivators fighting in the clouds. Their sword energy and true qi had affected the passing aircraft, leading to its malfunction and subsequent fall. The two Cultivators remained oblivious to their actions' potential harm to the mortals below as they continued their battle, drifting further away without a care. 0

Hanno's expression darkened as dissatisfaction towards the two Cultivators rose within him; he felt compelled to teach them a lesson. 0

He wiped his face with his hand and instantly transformed his appearance into something ordinary enough that no one would notice him in a crowd. This was a disguise technique learned from the martial arts world; however, with his cultivation enhancement, no one on Earth could see through it. 0

Opening the window glass, Hanno flew into the air in an instant. With a wave of his hand and a spell incantation, a large mass of clouds suddenly gathered beneath the falling airplane, gently cradling it as it descended slowly and steadily until it landed safely in the parking lot outside Hanno's company. Everyone witnessed this spectacle in awe, their minds racing: Are there gods in this world? Superpowers? Cultivators? Some quick-thinking individuals pulled out their phones to capture every moment of the airplane's landing and posted it online. 0

"Did you two cause trouble without knowing how to clean up after yourselves? Didn't your masters teach you that Cultivators should not interfere with mortal lives?" Hanno's voice echoed into the ears of the two Cultivators engaged in their fierce duel, startling them into separating quickly and retreating from each other as they turned towards the source of the voice. 0

Upon seeing who was reprimanding them, both Cultivators were taken aback. They couldn't gauge this person's cultivation level; it seemed deeper than the ocean and more substantial than mountains, almost suffocating them with pressure. This sensation was something they only felt from their sect's most powerful ancestors; yet this person seemed even more formidable! How could this be possible?! Their ancestors were already peak Golden Core Stage cultivators—could this person be at Nascent Soul Stage? But since spiritual energy had diminished on Earth and only relied on Ten Great Caves' Spiritual Energy, it was impossible to cultivate Nascent Soul Stage practitioners anymore! 0

"F-Fellow senior," they stammered respectfully despite their shock as they bowed to Hanno. 0

"Senior, it's a pleasure to meet you," said Ming Zhen. 0

"Senior, it's a pleasure to meet you," echoed Wen Kong. 0

Hanno nodded, his expression unwavering. "Do you know what you did wrong?" 0

The two looked confused. "What mistake?" 0

Hanno pointed towards the direction of the company. "Because you two recklessly competed against each other, it affected the passing aircraft, causing it to malfunction and fall. If it had landed, it would have caused great harm to mortals. Don't you feel any guilt?" 0

Ming Zhen and Wen Kong's faces turned pale. They truly hadn't considered that their fight could endanger mortals. Nowadays, mortals were becoming increasingly capable; without any magical power, they could still fly through the skies using so-called 'science and technology.' This posed new troubles for them as cultivators, as they would have to be constantly vigilant while flying on their swords to avoid colliding with planes. 0

"It was our fault," they admitted. Their attitude towards admitting their mistake was commendable, and Hanno noticed this. Perhaps because they had just emerged into the world, they weren't very familiar with modern things; even when an airplane flew near them, they hadn't recognized it in time, leading to this incident. After realizing this, Hanno's dissatisfaction with them diminished significantly. 0

"Even so, mistakes cannot go unpunished," Hanno pondered for a moment. "Thus, I will punish you by making you experience being mortals for ten days, so you can understand what it feels like." 0

Hanno extended his finger and lightly flicked it. Ming Zhen and Wen Kong felt their True Essence within them solidify, rendering them unable to summon even the slightest bit of magical power. Their bodies felt heavy as they suddenly plummeted from mid-air. The sensation of weightlessness was something they had never experienced before; in a moment of panic, they let out cries but quickly stifled them out of embarrassment at their identities being reduced to such a state. As the ground loomed larger beneath them, they found themselves unable to use any magic to stop their descent and began to panic—if they fell to the ground, they would surely die. How humiliating it would be if everyone talked about how they fell from the sky and died! 0

"Senior, help us!" The two shouted desperately, realizing that if they didn't call for help soon, they would truly meet their end. 0

Hanno waved his hand, and their falling speed suddenly decreased until they gently landed back on the ground. 0
