"Stop hitting! I'll drink!" Li Xue shouted.
The entire hall was stunned by Li Xue's outburst, and nearly all eyes were focused on her. Li Xue bit her lip, raised the cup, and poured the contents into her mouth. In less than five seconds, she had consumed five hundred milliliters of the mixed substance, tears streaming down her face.
Watching this dramatic scene unfold, the boy who had stood up for Li Xue silently shed two lines of tears, while his friends glared angrily at Junior Sister.
"What? Want to try again?" a senior provocatively laughed.
"Bring it on! I'm not afraid of you!"
In an instant, the atmosphere that had been slightly eased by Li Xue's self-sacrifice became tense again. Li Xue looked helplessly between both sides and inadvertently caught sight of Chen Zijing, who was still sitting calmly in her seat, watching the show.

"Auntie! Auntie! Let go! I was wrong!" Chen Zijing exclaimed, standing up helplessly and quietly walking into the middle of the standoff between both parties with a smile.
"Alright, alright. Anyway, she's already drunk the drink; everyone calm down!" Chen Rui shot a glance at the third-year female student. The moment she met Chen Rui's gaze, she involuntarily shivered.
"You may not know me, but just do me a favor," Chen Rui said with a slight smile. "Besides, you probably don't want to get into a conflict with the upperclassmen, right? Especially since military training starts soon. What if something goes wrong? How would we handle it?"
"As long as they don't cause trouble, we definitely won't stir up anything," a boy replied seriously. "This situation isn't our fault. Even if it escalates, we're not the ones primarily responsible."
Chen Rui nodded with a smile. "Thank you, brothers, for being understanding. After all, we're all away from home; it's not easy for anyone."

Li Xue blinked at Chen Zijing in confusion, as if questioning whether she had heard him correctly. She received a nod from him in response.
