Snow Cicada stood there in a daze, staring at Wei Chen's handsome face, feeling somewhat bewildered.
After a long while, she walked over and gently stroked one of the Snow Wolf Dogs with a warm expression on her face. In the Snowfield, Snow Wolf Dogs were the best companions for humans.

Feeling the chill surrounding her, the three Snow Wolf Dogs softly howled and ran to her side, providing her with warmth.
Due to her brother's death, Snow Cicada had not slept for several nights and unknowingly drifted off.
Wei Chen occasionally sent bursts of fire-based Soul Power, ensuring that the girl and the four dogs felt little of the cold, allowing them to sleep soundly.

Wei Chen quietly gazed at the sleeping Snow Cicada, a bitter expression on his face.

Snow Cicada was taken aback. "Are there people on the mountain?"

"What are they eating and drinking up there? This isn't exactly a good place; it's covered in ice and snow. Who would live up there?" Snow Cicada asked curiously.
Wei Chen shook his head and said nothing, driving away the Snow Wolf Dog as he headed straight for the peak. Snow Cicada felt nervous but didn't dare to ask more questions.

Snow Wolf Dog panted heavily, moving quickly up the mountain without much effort, soon nearing the summit. The snow-capped peaks were steep, and Snow Wolf Dog could go no further.
Wei Chen drew the Jinghong Sword and swiftly made dozens of cuts, carving a large hole in the massive ice block.
"Snow Cicada, you go inside the hole and hide. Let Snow Wolf Dog join you for warmth while I go take a look."
"Your wish is my command."
Snow Cicada watched as Wei Chen left, her heart anxious, silently praying, "I hope he can return safely..."
Wei Chen leaped to the mountaintop, where the ground was covered in ice and snow. The temperature was extremely frigid, and the cold wind howled, stinging his face painfully.
A few hundred meters away, he spotted a depression in the ground where several ice blocks had been stacked to form a structure.

Wei Chen was taken aback and shook his head with a wry smile. "Senior, your Soul Gathering Array is incredibly powerful. To be honest, I came here to borrow your Soul Gathering Array to comprehend Water Soul Power."
"Borrow? Young man, Old Man has never lent anything to anyone. Your calculations are not very clever," the elder replied.
"If it is borrowing, then there must be a price. I will naturally offer something in return," Wei Chen said calmly.
The old man seemed to show some interest. After pondering for a moment, he asked, "What can you give me? You have nothing on you that interests Old Man."
"That is true," Wei Chen nodded and smiled again. "But I can help you with tasks. As long as you allow me to cultivate at the center of your Soul Gathering Array for three days, I will assist you with anything within my capabilities."
The elder did not respond immediately. Wei Chen waited quietly, thinking that being forceful wouldn't work; he could only negotiate and see how luck would play out. It seemed that luck wasn't too bad after all. The elder's silence indicated that there was still hope.
Sure enough, after a while, an Ice House suddenly exploded open, and an old man emerged with frost clinging to his beard.
The old man's gaze was vacant; his eyes remained motionless. Wei Chen stared in astonishment and thought to himself, "Could this Senior Liu be blind?"
"Child, are you staring into my eyes?" the old man asked.
Wei Chen nodded, "Yes, if I have offended you, please forgive me."
"It’s nothing. I have been blind for decades; many things do not require sight. Hearing and feeling are far more important," the old man replied.
"Senior, did you build everything here? Did you also arrange the formations?"
"Yes. It's a trivial matter, not worth mentioning," the old man said, though a hint of pride appeared on his face. Compliments are always welcome; this statement holds truth.
"Senior, if you need anything, just let me know, and I will do my best to assist you. All I ask in return is to cultivate here for three days. After three days, I will take my leave immediately."
