Ji Mei had no intention of being coy. Upon finding Wei Chen, she spoke directly.
Wei Chen nodded and said, "As for me, I’m fine with whatever you decide."
He was filled with anticipation for the journey to the Penglai Secret Realm. Old Man Han Mang had left, and after seven arduous years of cultivation, he had exhausted all his Soul Stones. With the power of the Spirit Wisdom Realm Water Soul, he had violently absorbed Soul Power, causing his Soul Power Realm to surge to the ninth level of the Spirit Wisdom Realm. Although his Soul Power Realm was somewhat unstable, he couldn't afford to worry about that if he wanted to break through quickly.
Ji Mei unfolded a map and said, "Over the past tens of thousands of years, the Penglai Secret Realm has opened countless times. Our Sea Tribe ancestors have gone through life-and-death trials; some returned alive while others perished within the Penglai Secret Realm. Gradually, this map has been refined into its current form. The Penglai Secret Realm is immensely vast; this map likely covers less than one-tenth of it. But even that one-tenth is enough for our cultivation. Locations of treasures, suitable areas for cultivation, and places ideal for condensing Attribute Martial Souls are all marked here."
Ji Mei pointed at the map and added, "Take a look yourself. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me."
"Okay."
Wei Chen nodded and began to study the map carefully.
The markings on the map were clear, indicating which areas were suitable for which Soul Power attributes for Soul Warriors to cultivate in, as well as where different types of beasts could be found. The area covered by the map was roughly equivalent to two Holy Dynasties in size; according to Ji Mei, it was barely one-tenth of the total area. This illustrated just how vast the Penglai Secret Realm truly was.
"The Penglai Secret Realm is that large... No wonder it's known as the number one secret realm in the Soul World; it’s ridiculously expansive! Ji Mei's guess is merely a guess; perhaps the entire Penglai Secret Realm is even larger than she thinks? No one really knows what these secret realms are like; it could very well be another large continent."
With this thought in mind, Wei Chen furrowed his brow and looked at Ji Mei, asking, "Ji Mei, what about those areas that aren't marked?"
Ji Mei shot him a frustrated glance and replied helplessly, "If you ask me, who should I ask? If they aren't marked, it means there's nothing good there. If I knew anything about them, I would have marked them already."
After a pause, Ji Mei looked deeply at Wei Chen and said, "But don’t think too much about it; those places aren’t meant for us. Either they’re too far away or too dangerous. Most of our Sea Tribe ancestors perished in those areas."
"I was just curious and asked out of interest. My life is valuable; I won't act recklessly."
Wei Chen smiled reassuringly and examined the map again. "I've memorized the map now. What’s your route?"
"Once we enter, we’ll avoid everyone—both the strong from the Central Domain and those from our Sea Tribe—and head directly northeast towards Unreturning Mountain. The name Unreturning Mountain was given by our Sea Tribe ancestors; in reality, it’s not as terrifying as it sounds. As long as we stay alert, we shouldn't encounter any problems."
"Unreturning Mountain? Ji Mei, you’re not trying to fool me, are you? Just hearing that name sounds extremely frightening."

She looked at Wei Chen with an enigmatic expression and thought secretly: "If even the Demon Lotus Successor can't help me, then even my father wouldn't be able to assist me either. The attraction of the Demon Lotus Successor to mythical beasts is limitless!"

Ji Mei nodded and replied, "Indeed, it's quite strong." She shook her head, "However, you must understand that there are always others out there. I am already at the peak of the Surge Realm, just one step away from entering the Three Souls Mindset and leaving behind the Seven Spirits Body. Once I enter the Three Souls Mindset, my strength will skyrocket, far beyond what the Seven Spirits Body can compare to. If you had ever fought against an Eighth Rank Soul Realm Expert or even an Earth Soul Realm Expert, you would know that kind of gap is insurmountable."
"Peak of the Surge Realm?" Wei Chen exclaimed in shock, staring intently at Ji Mei. "How did you cultivate?"

Yet the facial contours and attire were unmistakably his own.

Looking at the statue, Wei Chen found himself yearning to embody that aura—an aura that even men would envy, admire, and perhaps even adore…
As he lost himself in these thoughts, a Golden Divine Dragon appeared, seemingly sensing his presence. It let out a series of roars, and from those sounds, Wei Chen felt a sense of joy.
The Golden Divine Dragon was immensely powerful. It circled around the statue for a while, its presence overwhelming. Its enormous eyes shone with golden light as it flew toward Wei Chen.
When the dragon hovered above him, Wei Chen truly felt his insignificance; compared to that colossal creature, he was utterly minuscule.
Faced with the immense and majestic dragon, Wei Chen surprisingly felt no fear or pressure whatsoever. Instead, he sensed an overwhelming warmth emanating from the dragon.
"Is it you?" Wei Chen asked, feeling that familiar energy. His face lit up with joy as he looked up at the magnificent dragon towering above him.
The dragon roared several times and circled around Wei Chen with its shimmering golden body. Gradually, it shrank down until it became a palm-sized dragon hovering in front of him.
The dragon landed on Wei Chen's palm, playfully rubbing against it for a moment before soaring back into the air. In a flash of golden light, a girl who brought calmness and serenity to his heart appeared before him.
