The Senior Sea God looked at Wei Chen with a hint of envy in his eyes. "I've calculated carefully," he said lightly, "that to achieve the same density of Power of Belief, it takes six times the amount of Power of Belief from Mercury to match the Divine Power contained within the Power of Belief in the Demon Realm. Therefore, your advantage is immense and will make countless people envious."
It was only after Wei Chen began absorbing the vast Power of Belief provided by the populace within Mercury that he truly felt the difference. This disparity was no joke; he could cultivate at a rate six times higher than any other Boundary God in a given unit of time!
As time passed, the levels of the Demon Realm and other Spatial Planes situated at the Cosmic Center would continue to rise, reaching astonishing heights. Wei Chen finally understood that his advantages were indeed not something an ordinary Boundary God could compare to.
Although the inhabitants of the Demon Realm currently had relatively weak abilities, even those from the Ancient World were not particularly strong. Compared to those from higher-level Spatial Planes, their strength was quite lacking.
However, one must consider how long humanity had existed in the Demon Realm and Ancient World. The people of the Demon Realm were created by the Senior Sea God and another Secondary God, with only a history of a few million years. The Ancient World, being the strongest world within that Spatial Dimension System, had existed for about twenty million years. What about other worlds? Take Mercury, for instance; with three billion humans, it had undergone development over hundreds of millions of years!
If we were to give the Demon Realm and Ancient World another hundred million years, what heights would they reach compared to other Spatial Planes like Nine Immortal Realm?
It was utterly unimaginable.
As Wei Chen absorbed the vast Power of Belief from within the statue, he conversed with the Senior Sea God. "Senior Sea God, since humanity in the Demon Realm was created by you, then which gods created Nine Immortal Realm and other Spatial Planes like Ancient World and Soul World?"
The Senior Sea God smiled slightly and replied, "They were all gods from the Endless Divine Realm. The timeline varies, but it hasn't been long; for instance, Ancient World has only existed for about twenty million years. For a long period before that, even gods from Endless Divine Realm couldn't create humanity in Ancient World. Even when they later made some efforts to leave their bloodlines there, those powerful gods couldn't shape a Heart of the World in Ancient World nor become False World Gods there. Eventually, as the heat from opening up the Cosmic Center gradually diminished, I and that Secondary God had our chance to come to the Demon Realm and create humanity. Below Ancient World, there are at least three thousand Spatial Planes on par with Demon Realm and Nine Immortal Realm; places like your previous Soul World probably number in the hundreds of thousands. The universe is vast beyond your current imagination; at least you must cultivate to the Supreme God realm to begin understanding this universe. To fully grasp it? Even if all Eighteen Supreme Gods from Endless Divine Realm united, it would be impossible."
"In theory, once you reach Supreme God Realm, you'll gain some cosmic power; that is true ultimate power—one that Divine Power cannot compare to. The more cosmic power you master, the greater your understanding of the universe will be, and thus your strength will increase. In the early days of Endless Divine Realm, there were battles among Supreme Gods—four Supreme Gods divided into two factions fought outside Endless Divine Realm in cosmic space. That battle left written records; Supreme Gods controlled stars in combat and could summon thousands of stars to attack their opponents with a mere wave of their hands. They fought for hundreds of unit years, turning vast stretches of cosmic space into ruins and voids. A Supreme God who masters cosmic power can possess enough strength to destroy an entire universe if they are strong enough."
"My child, you are still very young. When your strength grows stronger, you will witness much more. Right now, you are still at the lowest level among gods; however, you are a Boundary God who has grown up at Cosmic Center—how far you will develop in the future is unpredictable."
Hearing these words from Senior Sea God left Wei Chen somewhat puzzled. "Senior Sea God, I have a question: since Boundary Gods grown at Cosmic Center have unparalleled advantages, wouldn't it be easy for those top Deities within Endless Divine Realm to refine a Heart of the God for those within these Spatial Planes? They could create Boundary Gods themselves; wouldn't that mean they have indirectly controlled Cosmic Center?"
"Do you think what you can think of is something that Deities from Endless Divine Realm can't conceive? In fact, they have tried many times before but to no avail; before you, no one had ever been able to refine and absorb a Heart of the God," replied Senior Sea God calmly.
"Why?" Wei Chen frowned and asked.
"I don't know. Before I gave you the Heart of the God, I was just trying my luck, treating a dead horse as a living one. At that time, how could I have known that you would be able to refine and absorb my Heart of the God so quickly?"
The Senior Sea God looked at Wei Chen, a teasing expression appearing on his face.
Wei Chen was speechless. After all this time, it turned out that the Senior Sea God had been fooling him from the start! Although he had vowed to take the Heart of the God for himself, deep down he had no hope of truly refining and absorbing it; he could only rely on his own fortune.
"Senior Sea God, if I hadn't been able to refine and absorb your Heart of the God back then, wouldn't that have meant disaster?"
"Yes, I would have died within the formation, and you wouldn't have been able to ascend to godhood. For humans from the Cosmic Center, ascending to godhood is incredibly difficult. Over so many years, the deities from the Endless Divine Realm have tried countless times without a single success. I don't know why you were able to smoothly refine and absorb my Heart of the God; perhaps that is your great opportunity."
Wei Chen couldn't fully agree with the Senior Sea God's words. After thinking for a while, he had some ideas.
"Senior Sea God, could it be that your Heart of the God was trapped in the demon realm for so long and adapted to its aura, which allowed me to refine and absorb it?"
"I don't know; who knows? In any case, I only know that you have succeeded. Your future won't be bad; perhaps you might even become a Supreme God."
"Let's hope so."
Wei Chen nodded and stopped talking nonsense. He focused intently on absorbing the Power of Belief within Mercury. Although the Divine Power contained in that Power of Belief was not as strong as in the demon realm, its sheer quantity was overwhelming. He and the Senior Sea God absorbed it together without showing any signs of slowing down; the Power of Belief within the statue remained dense.
With so much Divine Power available, Wei Chen's strength was gradually increasing.
Time passed in a blink; it seemed like only a few blinks had gone by when two years quietly slipped away.
Wei Chen finished his cultivation, opened his eyes, and saw thousands of people kneeling before the statue of the Senior Sea God, murmuring prayers in hopes of receiving blessings from him.
The strength of those people, the worst one, is much stronger than Dark Mage. "Son, a breakthrough?" Senior Sea God opened his eyes and looked at Wei Chen in shock. Wei Chen nodded and smiled: "You have so much Power of Belief here, I absorbed a lot and broke through to First-Level Deity." Senior Sea God looked in disbelief, First-Level Deity, is it that simple? He has experienced it and knows how difficult First-Level Deity is. It took him ten million years to go from Boundary God to First-Level Deity! And how many years did Wei Chen take? Of course, he also knows that Wei Chen's starting point is too high and cannot be compared with what he had been. After all, the Heart of the God that Wei Chen refining and absorbed is his, and it is a first-level God -Level, it won’t take long to return to the strength of First-Level Deity. The Boundary God, the Heart of the God within the Dantian, is a type of inner elixir, merely yellow in color. Once one reaches the First-Level Divine Realm, that Heart of the God turns red. Upon reaching the Secondary God level, it becomes black; at the Third-Level Deity, it turns silver; at the Fourth-Level Deity, it is gold; at the Fifth-Level Deity, it is white; and the most powerful Supreme God is colorless.
This is how the Divine Realm is divided, and one can clearly see this from the color of the Heart of the God.
Wei Chen closed his eyes and looked inward, realizing that his Heart of the God had turned red, which undoubtedly indicated he was a First-Level Deity. Initially, he had received a red Heart of the God from the Senior Sea God. However, once it entered his body while he was still in the Divine Realm, it turned yellow. But it was very close to red, which was why the Senior Sea God believed Wei Chen would soon become a First-Level Deity.
Little did the Senior Sea God expect that Wei Chen would achieve this in just two years.
Two years was an incredibly short time; neither the Senior Sea God nor Wei Chen could comprehend it.
However, Wei Chen vaguely felt that it was his Spatial Prototype within him that had assisted him.
Let’s not forget that within Wei Chen's body was a Spatial Plane entirely belonging to him, formed by both Time Martial Soul and Spatial Martial Soul. Although he had become the Boundary God of the Demon Domain and held absolute control over it, no matter what, the Demon Domain was born in the early universe; it was a natural creation rather than something he had made.
In contrast, while the Divine Realm could create humanity by using its own blood to shape human ancestors, it could not create an entire world. The Spatial Prototype within Wei Chen gradually grew; once fully matured, it would become his own world. Perhaps that world would not be very high in level at first, but after all, it was a world shaped by him and held significant meaning for development.
Wei Chen understood that even in the Endless Divine Realm, those eighteen powerful Supreme Gods did not possess the ability to create a world.
He sensed that after absorbing a large amount of Power of Belief, half of that Power of Belief had entered his Spatial Plane, helping to accelerate its formation.
