The Dark Mage shook his head and sighed, "Child, you overestimate me. I'm already quite satisfied with my Stellar Technique and Ascend to Godhood; I don't need more."
"As the saying goes, 'Skills do not weigh one down.' Grandpa, you can't just pass up such a good opportunity for no reason!" Wei Chen said with a smile.
The Black Demon Clan member replied, "Grandpa knows his own limitations well. It's important to have self-awareness; an artifact is definitely beyond my reach. I am sure I have that much self-awareness."
"Just try it; you'll know if it works," Wei Chen insisted. He took out the Eastern Emperor Bell from his spatial storage and handed it to the Dark Mage.
