In the heart of Misty Valley, there lay a place untouched by fog. 0

To outsiders, it appeared terrifying, yet stepping inside revealed an ordinary village inhabited by dozens, if not hundreds, of people. 0

As dusk approached, smoke began to rise from several houses, blending seamlessly with the surrounding mist, ensuring that they need not worry about being discovered by outsiders. 0

This place resembled a typical village: men ventured out to hunt while women stayed home to care for children and prepare meals. A few children chased each other around the village, creating a scene that felt warm and familiar. 0

However, amidst their playful antics, several enormous beasts frolicked alongside them. 0

There was a two-meter-tall Grizzly Bear, a three-meter-long tiger, and Black Giant Wolves, each as tall as a person, lounging at the entrances like guard dogs. 0

At the village entrance, a ten-meter-long Brown Python lay lazily coiled. A man kicked it lightly. 0

Finally stirred into action, the python began its patrol around the village. This was its daily task: to prevent anyone from entering indiscriminately. 0

As it patrolled, a sudden urgent howl echoed nearby, only to vanish in the next moment. 0

The python flicked its tongue and slithered toward the source of the sound, moving silently without making any significant noise. 0

Hiss! 0

As it moved, the python emitted a hissing sound, its long, cold eyes scanning the surroundings for any signs of heat from nearby creatures. 0

The area was eerily quiet; even the chirping of insects had ceased. This silence itself was unsettling. 0

“Could it be that some beast has intruded?” The man tightened his grip on the longsword in his hand, his formidable strength making him unconcerned about ordinary beasts. 0

Not to mention the giant python beside him, which was a Mutated Beast, far stronger than he was; an entire squad of ordinary soldiers would be easily dispatched by it. 0

Wait, what’s that stone up ahead? It didn’t seem to be there before. 0

The man stared ahead in confusion, noticing a massive gray-black stone. His eyes narrowed as he realized it wasn’t a stone at all, but a camouflaged giant beast! 0

But it was too late. The python, oblivious to the danger, slithered past it. Suddenly, the stone erupted, and a gigantic mouth nearly a meter long clamped down on the python's neck, severing it with a sickening crunch! 0

“My Lord above, how could such a terrifying monster appear… This must be a Totem Beast!” Without hesitation, the man turned and fled. 0

Knowing well the horrors of totems, he felt no confidence in confronting it; even escaping seemed like a slim chance. 0

Buzz! 0

He had barely taken a few steps when he heard a swarm of buzzing sounds. Then he felt something bite at his face, a tingling pain spreading throughout his head, causing him to feel dizzy and collapse to the ground. 0

Creak! 0

A black leather boot appeared before him, and he felt a chill at his neck before losing consciousness completely… 0

“Just as I suspected, this place is indeed teeming with Radiation Creatures; any one of them could rival a School-Level Warrior. There must be even more terrifying monsters within.” 0

Xiar casually wiped his longsword with his clothing, cleaning off the blood that had stained it. 0

The venom of the Venomous Stinger Bee was potent enough to take down a warrior, but he did not want to leave any potential threats behind. He swiftly delivered the finishing blow to eliminate any future problems. 0

Not far away, the Komodo Dragon continued to gnaw on the corpse of a giant python. Earlier, it had lowered its body temperature as much as possible, disguising itself as an inanimate rock, successfully fooling the python's sensory system and striking it down. 0

This ability to camouflage was also a tactic frequently employed by the slow-moving Giant Lizard during hunts. 0

Their massive size made them ill-suited for quick strikes, so they often resorted to blending into their surroundings, waiting for prey to come within reach. 0

It had to be said, this tactic was quite cunning and effective. 0

In the struggle for survival, organisms evolve various incredible abilities. The Spirit Master magnifies these abilities many times over, allowing them to gradually become Mythical Creatures! 0

After the earlier reconnaissance by the Venomous Stinger Bee, Xiar knew that this division patrolled every half hour or so. This meant he had half an hour to act. 0

Half an hour was more than enough! 0

With a thought, the Giant Lizard that had been feasting on the corpse slowly crawled away from him and moved toward another direction. 0

The Komodo Dragon's movements were too large and could easily alert those inside and the Radiation Creatures. Therefore, Xiar treated it merely as bait; his real tools were the Venomous Stinger Bee and the Firefly perched on his shoulder. 0

Since they dared to harm his father, he could not quell his anger without destroying this division! 0

“Meow!” 0

The white fox let out a soft cry and gracefully leaped up, soaring through the branches above, more agile than any Monkey… 0

At the entrance of the village, two guards were chatting idly. 0

It had been a long time since they encountered any outsiders; at most, they dealt with a few villagers who wandered in by mistake, easily devoured by the surrounding monsters without them needing to lift a finger. 0

As a result, even the strictest vigilance would gradually loosen. 0

"I heard someone important is coming from above. Do you know who it is?" asked the leaner of the two. 0

"Who knows? Those important figures are all so mysterious; they wouldn't tell us anything. We're just the gatekeepers," replied the other casually. 0

"Don't say that! If someone else hears you, you're in trouble," the lean man quickly whispered. 0

Just then, footsteps echoed as a figure cloaked in a black robe approached, a black falcon perched on her shoulder. 0

The two men quickly knelt on one knee and greeted her, "We greet you, milady!" 0

The green robe she wore was a symbol reserved for important figures within the organization, representing the favor and protection of their lord—something they were not qualified to wear. 0

"You bunch of fools! You didn't even notice an enemy invasion? Were you asleep? Damn it!" To their shock, she suddenly erupted in anger, sending chills down their spines. 0

The enemy she referred to was undoubtedly a terrifying Spirit Master; otherwise, she wouldn't be so agitated. 0

The green-robed woman hastily issued orders: "Quickly gather everyone! We must capture that guy as soon as possible!" 0

"Yes!" The two of them instantly blew the deep horn, and the entire village sprang into action. Terrifying monsters emerged, searching recklessly in the surroundings. 0

"I found it, right over there!" 0

Suddenly, someone shouted loudly. Several giant wolves and a Grizzly Bear charged forward, engaging in a fierce battle with a five-meter-long Giant Lizard. 0

However, strangely enough, these ferocious beasts seemed to suffer from some unknown attack. One by one, they paused for a moment while running, only to be pounced on by the Giant Lizard, which swiftly bit off their necks. 0

Blood splattered everywhere as the Giant Lizard easily hunted down the beasts, instilling even more fear in the onlookers. 0

It was evident that even more terrifying enemies were lurking nearby! 0

"Despicable creature, come out!" The Green-Robed Woman couldn't help but roar, but the surroundings fell eerily silent as a deadly crisis suddenly descended upon them. 0

Whoosh! 0

A sharp Arrow shot through the air, piercing fiercely into the woman's Guardian Spirit Light, unable to harm her in the slightest. She smirked coldly, "I've found you!" 0

However, what awaited her was a pair of eyes gleaming with purple light! 0
