In the forest, a group of people faced an onslaught from hundreds of terrifying insects.
Each of these insects possessed the strength equivalent to a formidable Evolution Totem, charging at them fearlessly.
If it weren't for the four Second-Level Spirit Masters in the team, who commanded as many as six Evolved Totems, they would have been overwhelmed and slaughtered by these dreadful creatures long ago.

Just when they were about to reach their breaking point, the insects suddenly retreated as if the tide had turned, leaving no living insect in sight except for the severely wounded.
“Lyle Senior, how could there be such terrifying wild insects? They won’t come back, will they?” someone asked in panic.
Lyle wiped the sweat from her forehead. She had personally controlled three of the six Ultimate Evolution Bodies, and it was her desperate resistance that prevented any fatalities during this horrifying encounter.
She glanced around and saw her fellow students collapsed on the ground, nearly half of them with their Totem Beasts gravely injured. Some had even lost their Guardian Spirit Light and were close to death!
There was no explanation for it; these insects had appeared mysteriously and left just as inexplicably.
The number of terrifying insects exceeded two hundred, each one so powerful that she couldn't help but wonder what was happening in this world. After all, she had never heard of such a situation before.
The cultivation of Totem Beasts required significant resources, yet recently there had been reports of fearsome wild creatures emerging worldwide, each possessing strength comparable to totems—an inexplicable phenomenon.
“We need to withdraw quickly and regroup at the South Coast. There’s a major secret happening on this island, and we must report it to higher authorities as soon as possible!” the girl commanded calmly.
As a core member of the team with a Third-Level Spirit Master brother, she had many hidden cards up her sleeve. However, while she could ensure her own safety, getting everyone out safely required a decisive retreat.
Curiosity killed the cat—and Spirit Masters were particularly curious beings. She forcefully suppressed the urge among some members who wanted to explore further into the dense forest.
Having just escaped danger, they were now eager to delve deeper into the woods. Wasn’t that just asking for trouble?
On their way out, someone suddenly let out a cry of alarm.
"Look, they're over here!"
A group of people rushed over at the sound, finally locating their target deep within the forest in a low-lying area.
However, the two individuals had already been torn apart, their blood-soaked clothing fragments scattered across the ground.
Various pieces of flesh and bone remained on the ground, a clear sign of a bug feeding frenzy, which filled the accompanying individuals with a strong sense of nausea and fear.
Among them, a few who were close to the victims couldn't help but sob.
Lyle sighed and said, "We need to evacuate quickly. We'll bury them once the higher-ups from the academy arrive."
She had seen similar bloody scenes before; her calm demeanor remained unshaken as she firmly insisted that everyone present leave immediately.
Any delay would only bring them greater disaster.
After the previous battle, their Source Crystals had been nearly depleted. If more bugs were to attack... the consequences would be unimaginable.
But what about those three?
Lyle furrowed her brow. That individual was someone her brother had rarely praised—a Spirit Master, a powerful figure who had completed dozens of Enforcement Team missions. How could they possibly fall to these weak bugs?

Moon Child became his tool, its tentacles transforming into surgical knives under his powerful mental control, performing the most precise cutting and dissection.
After the failure of Queen Bug Evolution, it remained a mass of bloated flesh, which he ruthlessly sliced open, sending this mass into its Heart.
Then, he scattered hundreds of Source Crystals within its body, initiating the Source Force Transplantation Technique.
Surging Source Power coursed through the massive form of Queen Bug, like a searing flame igniting its entire body, crackling with energy.
Evolution Points plummeted rapidly as the fifth attempt began.
Moments later, layers of shell peeled away, revealing a bizarre creature that had shrunk several times in size.
Under his precise operation, Queen Bug had completed its metamorphosis, emerging entirely renewed.
From a bloated mass of flesh, it transformed into a centipede-like behemoth.
Measuring only fifteen meters in length and three meters in width, it achieved an astonishing weight loss.
Numerous basin-sized orifices appeared on its body, enabling it to consume food more rapidly.

Most striking was its head, which took the form of a stunningly beautiful woman—a flawless image!
Mystical purple patterns adorned her cheeks, her eyes sparkling like Amethyst, and her skin was fair and delicate, as if one could squeeze water from it.
The gentle sway of her chest, exposed to the air, provocatively stirred male desire, embodying the essence of tumultuous waves.
Her long, radiant purple hair danced in the wind as she stared expressionlessly at Xiar.
If one were to overlook what lay beneath her abdomen, she could easily be mistaken for a stunning beauty capable of causing great chaos.
"Impressive. I never expected such a miraculous being to emerge. Since you resemble that existence so closely, I shall name you Kerrigan!"
Xiar was taken aback by the peculiar entity's birth and curiously approached to pinch its body. To his surprise, it was soft and smooth, not at all the hardness he had imagined.
The entity made no move, allowing his palm to glide over its form.
Even when toyed with in front of him, the two soft masses showed no change in expression, resembling a lifelike doll.
"What a pity; you can't stay here any longer." Xiar discreetly withdrew his hand.
Moments later, Moon Child emerged from a passageway, carefully cradling a tree less than a meter tall—
It was none other than the Seed of the Tree of Life!
"Now then, let’s head to Twilight Forest. It can provide ample resources for your reproduction and survival," Xiar said with a smile as he determined its destination.
