Because of the appearance of Zhou Qing and Feng Ze, Jiang Yu finally escaped a disaster. The mother and daughter were safely returned home under Feng Ze's protection.
On Jiang Yu's side, everything turned out to be fine. However, on the other side, Xiang Yu encountered serious trouble.
This story begins two days ago. That day, Xiang Yu returned home as usual, only to find that there were suddenly two more people in the house. Upon closer inspection, he realized that one of them was his mother. As for the other person, Xiang Yu felt a strange familiarity but couldn't recall any memories about them.
At that moment, the two people in the room noticed Xiang Yu's arrival and looked at him with joy. "Xiao Yu, you're back!"
Xiang Yu, upon hearing this, coldly glanced at his mother and replied indifferently, "Yes, Mom, I'm back. Why do you have time to come back to the country? Aren't you busy?" After saying this, he ignored the two of them and walked straight upstairs.
Seeing her son's cold demeanor, Xiang Yu's mother could only sigh helplessly and softly respond, "I'm not busy right now, so I came back to see you."
Hearing his mother's response, Xiang Yu showed no reaction and simply walked straight toward the room.
As Xiang Yu was going upstairs, the man called out to him, "Son, it's me! I'm your father! Do you still recognize me?"
At these words, Xiang Yu froze for a moment and immediately stopped in his tracks. He turned to look at the man, his eyes revealing a chill as he coldly replied, "What did you say? You say you're my dad? My dad has been dead for a long time! Who are you, some kind of imposter? Let me tell you, I don't acknowledge you." With that, he turned away without looking back and left.
The man, hearing these words, was about to argue. However, looking at Xiang Yu's gradually disappearing figure, he appeared hesitant to speak. He opened his mouth helplessly but could only swallow the words he wanted to say. Deep down, he knew that for all these years, he had wronged the two of them, and it was understandable for Xiang Yu to treat him this way.
As the man sank into his feelings of regret, Xiang Yu's mother spoke up. With a cold tone, she said to him, "You've already seen the child, so you can leave now." Without waiting for the man to respond, she turned to Wang Ma and said, "Wang Ma, see him out!" Then she sat back on the sofa to continue her work, completely ignoring the man's presence.
Despite hearing Xiang Yu's mother's words, the man remained motionless in place. It wasn't until Wang Ma stepped forward to pull him that he still did not budge. Seeing this situation, Wang Ma could only softly persuade him, "Sir, please don't make things difficult for us. It would be best if you left now."
The man sighed and could only turn and leave. Before leaving, he said to Jiang's mother, "It was my fault back then, I let you and your daughter down. I came this time sincerely wanting to make amends. Please give me a chance to compensate you both."
After the man finished speaking, Jiang's mother remained focused on her own affairs, completely ignoring the man's intentions. Seeing her lack of interest, the man could only turn and leave. Just as the man reached the front door, Jiang's mother spoke slowly, "You said you want to compensate us. I'm sorry, we don't accept. In the future, please don't come to disturb our lives."
Hearing this, the man felt disinterested and could only turn and leave.
After the man left, Mother Jiang went upstairs and stood in front of Xiang Yu's door, softly saying, "Xiao Yu, can I come in?" However, there was no response from inside the room. Feeling a bit disheartened, Mother Jiang could only turn around and leave.
Once the outside was completely silent, Xiang Yu finally sat up from the bed. He then opened the computer on the desk. He had just been thinking about what to do while lying in bed, but the moment he turned on the computer, he lost all motivation. He simply logged into his QQ and sent a message to Feng Ze: "I have something going on these two days. Could you please help me ask for leave from school?" Without waiting for Feng Ze's reply, he shut down the computer.
When Feng Ze saw this message, he was completely confused. He didn't quite understand what Xiang Yu meant. Just as he was about to ask for clarification, he realized that Xiang Yu had already gone offline.
Feng Ze looked at the message sent by Xiang Yu and immediately understood that something must have happened to Xiang Yu. He quickly decided to run to Xiang Yu's house to inquire about the situation.

Jiang's mother saw Feng Ze was looking for Xiang Yu and told him that Xiang Yu was upstairs, so he could just go up to find him.

Feng Ze replied, "Xiang Yu, it's me. Open the door quickly!"
As soon as the words fell, a hurried sound of footsteps was heard. Soon, the tightly closed door slowly opened. Xiang Yu leaned out, looking at Feng Ze with a puzzled expression. "What are you doing here? Do you need something from me?"
Feng Ze examined Xiang Yu from head to toe for a moment and found nothing unusual, which eased his mind. With a sigh of relief, he said, "I'm glad you're okay. When you suddenly asked me to help you take a leave of absence, I thought something had happened."
Xiang Yu looked seriously at Feng Ze's face and casually replied, "I’m fine. I just simply don’t want to go to school. But skipping class feels a bit wrong."
"That's good. If you have anything, just tell me, and I promise to help you solve it," Feng Ze said before turning to leave.
Watching Feng Ze's gradually disappearing figure, Xiang Yu murmured, "This matter will be difficult for you to resolve. So I guess I'll handle it myself."
Back in the present, Xiang Yu said to his mother with a serious expression, "Mom, why did that guy show up?"
Jiang's mother sighed helplessly and said, "He came this time to fight me for your custody."
"Custody? Why can he still contest your custody? Does he even deserve it?" Xiang Yu shouted loudly.
Jiang's mother sighed again and replied, "I've already consulted a lawyer about this case. The lawyer said his chances of winning are almost zero, so you don't need to worry."
Hearing his mother's words, Xiang Yu finally let out a sigh of relief. In truth, if it were up to Xiang Yu, he would prefer not to be involved with either side. Both sides brought endless troubles.
