Chapter 4: Supreme VIP

Lian Yun smiled lightly and extended his finger once more.
When it came to the path of vibration, Lian Yun knew he was far from being the Insect Emperor's match. However, he had a deep understanding of the principles of vibration. While he couldn't guarantee much, he was confident in his ability to break through this instinctive defense.
With that, Lian Yun reached out and slowly placed his finger on the skin of the Insect Emperor's arm. He activated the Vibrational Force, searching for a frequency of vibration, and then, without any hindrance, made contact with the Insect Emperor's skin.
The Insect Emperor's eyes widened in surprise as Lian Yun touched him. He then mobilized the Yin-Yang Stage to attempt to absorb energy. After confirming that he could extract Deep Blue Energy from within the Insect Emperor's body, he stopped and withdrew his hand.
However, during this withdrawal process, an unexpected occurrence arose: Lian Yun realized that there seemed to be a counter-rotational force on the surface of the Insect Emperor's skin.
Under normal circumstances, it was difficult to touch the Insect Emperor's body, but once contact was made, it became even harder to pull away. Lian Yun felt that if he exerted even a little force, his finger might get crushed.
This ability was akin to an impenetrable defense formed naturally, which left Lian Yun both astonished and alarmed.
Yet the Insect Emperor was even more shocked, his eyes nearly popping out of their sockets.
