To be honest, Lian Yun initially thought that with Abed's help, he would at most get to see some other High Nobles and their elusive Ghost Slaves, or perhaps the personal attendants of those who rarely left their homes.
He never imagined that Abed could actually take him into the palaces of two Pharaohs and the Demon Empress.
It is known that the palaces of the two Pharaohs and the Demon Empress are places even some Half Emperors find difficult to enter without an invitation, let alone engage in transactions with the Three Ghost Emperors.
The only individuals who can actively meet the Three Ghost Emperors are the oldest nobles.

In the Demon Realm, contracts can generally be divided into two types: one formed in the name of the Three Ghost Emperors, which would attract the attention of the Demon Emperor. Such contracts are typically established only between high-ranking nobles regarding matters of life and death.
The other type is a cursed contract, which binds the souls of both parties. If one party violates it, they will suffer from the curse's effects.
By asking Abed to write it up, Lian Yun demonstrated his trust and sincerity in the transaction.
Because there are many types of curses in the Demon Realm, even a single word could create loopholes. In some respects, these contracts could be more dangerous than those in Yin Yang City.

Lian Yun was momentarily taken aback. It was known that even some Half Emperors could not easily enter the palaces of the Three Ghost Emperors. Even if Abed was one of the oldest nobles, he would still need to request an audience and wait for both Pharaohs and the Demon Empress to summon him.
Thus, Abed's tone suggesting he could freely enter and exit the palace left Lian Yun feeling puzzled.

All of this left Abed without any doubts.
At this point, for Abed, the triple reward was no longer the goal; he hoped to give Yan a sense of indebtedness that would ensure a continuous flow of wealth into his life.
Time was something he had in abundance.
To be honest, if possible, Lian Yun would have preferred to see all the nobles' slaves before entering the Three Ghost Emperors' palace. However, such opportunities were rare. Even though the Abed Family was one of the oldest families, his application might not receive an immediate response.

This was merely routine protocol—anyone entering the palace for the first time underwent a thorough search as if their very soul were being examined. Even Half Emperors experienced this; how much more so for those below that rank?
This inspection served as a form of identity verification; next time he came, as long as he had relevant documents or invitations, such scrutiny would not be necessary.
However, if he wished to meet the Demon Empress, an even more thorough search would be required.
Now, Yan held the title of "Big Head" in the Noble Circle of the Demon Empress. Although some looked down upon him, no one actively rejected him. After a brief inspection, Yan quickly blended into the Noble Circle, mingling and engaging with others while also observing the attendants and maids who came and went.
All were spirits, requiring no food; however, at the banquet, there were many humans present—strong men and beautiful women, all clean and neatly dressed in splendid attire.
