Andiel raised his handgun again, beads of cold sweat on his forehead as he nervously scanned the surroundings.
Payton's expression changed. “What was that sound?”
At that moment, the priest suddenly seemed to snap back to reality. He stepped forward, blocking Payton and Jill, his face pale as he explained, “It’s nothing!”
Payton narrowed his eyes, finding the priest suspicious. He exchanged glances with Jill, who nodded and prepared to move past him.
However, before they could act, Ye Kai helplessly called out again, “Hey, hey, hey! Did you all forget about me again?”
He stood up and grabbed Jill with one hand while pulling Payton with the other, looking somewhat exasperated. “Didn’t you just see? If those disgusting things get a hold of you even once, there’s almost a 100% chance you’ll turn into one of them.”
“Let go of me! Right now!” Jill's expression was extremely serious.
"This place is dangerous, Zai. We need to find out what exactly is over there," Payton said, equally serious.

With the roar of a motorcycle, the large stained-glass window depicting Holy Mary shattered spectacularly as a striking Female Knight made her entrance.

A massive Harley Motorcycle charged in like a tiger descending from the mountains. Ye Kai trembled with excitement at the sight; it was clearly Alice, the bold protagonist, making her dramatic appearance at just the right moment.
The Licker, which had half its head blown off by Ye Kai, was also drawn away by Alice's imposing presence, attempting to rise again to launch another surprise attack.
Alice was clearly very familiar with the habits of the Licker. She revved the front wheel of her Harley to its maximum power and suddenly released it, executing a perfect backflip off the motorcycle.
The powerful Harley surged forward like a brave warrior sacrificing itself, charging recklessly at the Licker. At that moment, Alice discarded her empty machine guns and drew two high-powered Short-Barreled Shotguns from her waist.
The Licker, with its unique heat-sensing system, showed no fear even in the face of the roaring Harley. The emitted heat allowed its infrared vision to clearly identify its target for this attack, and it lunged forward fiercely.
"Boom!"
Alice held her breath and fired. In an instant, a bullet struck the fuel tank, unleashing a massive burst of thermal energy and flames that sent everyone nearby staggering back.
The explosion sent a fireball into the air, scattering sparks like raindrops. The embers ignited the surrounding debris and curtains, quickly turning them into blazing bonfires that illuminated the previously dim Chapel Hall.
"Olyxet! So fierce..."
Ye Kai witnessed this scene unfold before his eyes. He watched as burning fragments of the motorcycle flew past Alice's cheek, and her proud stance was truly breathtaking.
