Emily glanced at the bead Nick had placed on the table, a hint of helplessness in her expression as she reached into the drawer for a transparent bag. With a half-smile, she said, "Actually, the organization had already distributed this to all the Scent Trackers in the area before you arrived."

"Boom!"
The wheels screeched against the pavement before bursting forward, one after another, resembling an auto show. Four sleek sports cars—silver, red, black, and white—raced onto the street, followed by a menacingly modified Hummer.
This spectacle instantly captured the attention of all pedestrians and elicited screams from several girls.
With the aid of a divine cheat, they encountered almost no traffic. The five vehicles showcased their Divine Abilities as they sped towards Kwun Tong Public Pier.
Minutes later, a series of rapid braking sounds echoed as tires skidded against the ground, sending plumes of smoke and dust into the air.
Kira was startled, but when one person opened the car door and stepped out, she froze for a moment. Then her heart ignited with a blaze of excitement.
"Bang! Bang! Bang!"
Without any hesitation, she fired three shots from her handgun.
Unfortunately for her, among this group was Nick, a second-generation superpower Mover, along with Liu Yi, who was several times stronger than him. As for Ye Kai, he paid no mind to it at all.
Liu Yi leaped forward and positioned his hands in front of him. In an instant, a barrier appeared, shifting colors with the light and easily deflecting the three bullets.
Meanwhile, Ye Kai pulled Cassie Holmes, who wore an unwilling expression, closer as he stepped forward with a grin. He winked at Nick and said, "Wow, seeing is believing! This beauty is quite violent; I like it! Of course, Nick likes it even more, right?"

"What do you mean? I thought you were gone. I've been waiting for your call, but you never called me."
"The organization took me away and locked me up."
Ye Kai had already taken out a few buckets of popcorn to share with the others, and then he sat at the front of the car. They chatted while watching the show; this kind of melodramatic evening drama was not to be missed!
Cassie Holmes poked Ye Kai with her finger. "Shouldn't we leave? That gunshot we just heard..."
"Of course, of course, my lady."
Although he felt a bit reluctant to leave, the truth was that watching Nick argue with Kira was quite entertaining. At least seeing this guy who looked like Captain America with a face full of infatuation, astonishment, confusion, and heartache gave him the illusion of everyone gathered at home watching a TV drama together.
"Let's go!" Cassie Holmes poked Ye Kai again.
Ye Kai turned his head slightly and raised an eyebrow. "Hey, my lady, are you in a hurry?"
"Yes, I am!"
"Alright, then let's wait a little longer."
Cassie Holmes fell silent for a moment. "How long is 'a little longer'?"
"…A little longer."
