"Third, I need a large number of outstanding researchers. In return, I will ensure a safe research environment and state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. These individuals will work for me for three years."
Finally, seeing Howard's face grow increasingly grim, Ye Kai smiled and added, "Don't be too quick to refuse. You can merge the third condition with the second. Of course, all achievements will be credited to you; I only want the best, most refined, and most outstanding works."
Howard stood up once again, his face filled with disbelief. "Are you sure you're awake right now?"
"Of course!"
Ye Kai replied calmly, taking a sip of the slightly cooled coffee. He continued, "Most importantly, don't forget that I'm going to be the godfather of your child. So, whatever good things you can create, go ahead and make them, because they will belong to your child."

Howard had completely calmed down, but being a businessman at heart, he asked again, "Or what do you want to gain?"
