Ye Kai, barefoot and dressed in disheveled pajamas, shouted loudly, "Especially that one next to John Schmidt, uh... what's his name? Zod or Zola? Make sure to bring him back in one piece."

Almost as soon as they got out of the car, Ye Kai spotted them. However, he had no intention of talking to Philip, that old bastard who was trying to steal his turf. That was simply intolerable!
In fact, many times he considered just tossing this guy into the System Space and letting the gods control him directly; after all, he was just too annoying.
"Mr. Ye, good afternoon!" Carter knew Ye Kai didn't like Philip, so she spoke up first.
After all, she considered herself a 'good friend' of Steve's. The thought of that word stirred a strange feeling in her heart, especially when she noticed Steve staring at her almost unblinkingly; that feeling intensified.

Ye Kai completely ignored these guys. Every time they met, it turned into a scene filled with sourness. At this moment, he was already preparing to raid Red Skull's secret base—John Schmidt's hideout.
After all, Schmidt should have obtained the Cosmic Cube by now. Thinking of this made him smirk.
This time, he not only wanted to acquire those incredibly overpowered weapons and equipment but also needed to get his hands on that Four-Eyed Doctor.
He had been preparing for this for a long time.
"Mr. Ye, I am now representing the United States government and request your assistance!"

None of them believed Philip could persuade this angry man with mere words.
