"Everyone, don't get close! Use your bows and arrows! Use your bows and arrows!" A voice rang out among the Four Great Bandits.
The bandits scattered in a frenzy, arrows of various colors flying aimlessly into the air.
However, it was precisely this command that caused the already disorganized group of bandits to panic even more. With a cacophony of clattering sounds, they fled in all directions like a herd of startled wild boars.
Ye Kai watched the chaos below from a distance, a sly smile creeping onto his lips as he murmured, "The real show is just beginning!"

Dressed in resplendent dark golden armor, he couldn't afford to be careless amidst such disorder. Seizing this opportunity, he decided to test the effectiveness of a certain weapon.
Though he was reluctant to admit it, the device crafted by his friend Azul, originally named the 'Tenfold Electric Shock Egg,' had been modified just right to serve as 'Divine Punishment.'
"Whoosh!"
"Riding the sword on the wind, banishing demons from this realm. With wine and music, I roam freely; without wine, I still sway. I drink rivers dry and swallow sun and moon. A thousand cups won't bring me down; only I am the Drunken Sword Immortal!"
With a light step, Ye Kai recited his opening lines. In an instant, he transformed into a streak of dark golden light that shot into the sky. His staff suddenly released a glowing orb that exploded mid-air, illuminating the area around him.
Riding swords, banishing demons, Drunken Sword Immortal?
Seeing this spectacle and hearing the unparalleled incantation, the bandits turned pale with fear, sweat pouring down their faces.
As he hovered in mid-air, Ye Kai paused slightly with his staff. The eyes on his helmet glowed with a fierce purple light as he surveyed his surroundings. A wicked smile spread across his face as he declared once more: "Man follows Earth; Earth follows Heaven; Heaven follows the Way; the Way follows Nature. Thunderweb Exorcism Formation, activate!!!"
Anyone who had been swept by his gaze felt a chill run through their bodies, especially those who met his purple-lit eyes, which gave them the sensation of being in a blood-soaked hell. Although Ye Kai did not focus on any one person, the bandits felt as if they were all targets of his impending attack.
As soon as this thought settled in, a crackling sound of electricity suddenly erupted from all directions, both from the ground and the air.
The 957 Combat Robot squad had already retreated from the area before Ye Kai's arrival, but they had left behind numerous metallic spheres, which were now emitting waves of electrical sounds.
Visible arcs of bluish-white electricity surged forth, and within five seconds, a terrifying electric net enveloped all the bandits.
"Gulp!"
Lu Miaozu felt a surge of fear; even though he had distanced himself at the first opportunity, he couldn't help but swallow hard. The tingling sensation coursing through him felt like one of the most severe punishments imaginable.
"Who exactly are you?"
Fang Jianding's face twisted in rage as he shouted defiantly, "Are you even human or…"
"Or a god?"
Ye Kai snorted coldly. "To be born human is to understand good and evil, to discern right from wrong, to distinguish loyalty from treachery. Yet you all wreak havoc upon this world, slaughtering innocents and causing countless creatures to perish. Even if you were to descend into the Eighteen Layers of Hell, you would refuse to be reborn. Even if your souls were to scatter, you would still wail and cling to those beneath you—wretched beings unworthy of life—vowing to avenge your blood debts."
"Now is the time for you to repay what you owe. Lightning!!!"
His deep voice resonated with an overwhelming authority that made everyone feel as if a True God was passing judgment upon them. All their past malevolent deeds seemed to replay vividly before their eyes.
But then they realized that bright white arcs of electricity were curling toward them. In an instant, the ground was filled with chilling screams and wails.
"Ahhh!"
"Help!"
"I was wrong, please spare me!"
"I was wrong! I repent, I was wrong!"
Unless this group had the ability to burrow underground, facing the electric net that enveloped and blocked them, even the Four Great Bandits could only hold on for a minute before being electrocuted into unconsciousness.
As the screams gradually subsided, a wave of acrid stench wafted through the air, making Ye Kai feel nauseous.
Lu Miaozu trembled all over; in the face of such a terrifying scene, not even he—despite being a battle-hardened warrior—could help but feel his scalp tingle with fear.
Glancing at Lu Miaozu's terrified and awed expression, Ye Kai casually conjured a massive platform, allowing the robots to toss all the experimental subjects onto it before sending them to the System Space.

Little did he know that with each appearance and each display of abilities that were not understood by this world, his name as an 'Immortal' was gaining more and more attention from people.
At the same time, many common folk began to sincerely pray and offer supplications before his portraits and statues.
What he was even less aware of was that at this moment in the System Space, within the entity of the god—a massive sphere of light—many more threads had already begun to emerge.

Landing gracefully in the Cozy Nest, he looked at the tearful Wei Zhenzhen and the bemused Cecilia. Ye Kai let out a hearty laugh as he pulled both of them into his embrace and charged straight into the room.
"I've been tired for so long; shouldn't you two... hmm?"
Seeing the two women blushing furiously, Ye Kai's lips curled into a mischievous smile. He suddenly shed his clothes, licking his lips as he hinted at something more intimate.

When Shang Xiuxun arrived with her entourage in the now-abandoned village and saw Lu Miaozu, she was immediately taken aback.
Lu Miaozu stood upright, but there was no color in his face. Upon seeing Shang Xiuxun approach, he mustered his spirits and reproached her gently, "Xiu Xuan, my child, didn't I tell you not to come? It's chaotic here; what if you get hurt!"
"Old man, what happened? Are you hurt anywhere?" Shang Xiuxun felt a surge of emotion, experiencing for the first time a lack of resentment towards Lu Miaozu.
"Hurt? Where am I hurt?" Lu Miaozu asked, bewildered.
However, he quickly realized that this was the first time his daughter had shown such concern for him. Although he felt touched, he didn't want to see his obedient daughter cry. So he hurriedly reassured her, "Xiu Xuan, dear, I'm fine. The Four Great Bandits have already been dealt with; there are no more Four Great Bandits in this world."
"You're lying! They're slicker than Loach; how could they be eliminated so easily?" Shang Xiuxun did not believe that the Four Great Bandits could be wiped out so simply.
If it were that simple, they would have been taken down long ago.
