Upon hearing this, Yu Canghai stopped asking questions and began to watch the two with great interest. He was curious to see what this Nun would come up with.
Suddenly, Tian Boguang felt the pressure on his acupoints release.
The moment he heard Yilin was going to tell a story, he was startled and instinctively tried to get up and escape. However, he quickly realized that the two masters were watching him with inscrutable smiles.

At her words, Tian Boguang collapsed onto the ground. He had come to terms with it; whatever happened would happen. Standing or sitting made no difference—he might as well sleep. Who cared about the floor?
Ever since their last encounter, the Nun had been lecturing him on Buddhism, making him feel uncomfortable all over, as if his bones were rusting.
However, he still let out a heavy "Hmm!" Otherwise, that senior master would surely make him suffer.
Seeing this reaction, Yilin couldn't help but feel delighted.
During this time, every time she spoke, Tian Boguang either interrupted or ignored her, which left Yilin feeling quite helpless.
At this point, she had grown accustomed to his behavior. As long as Tian Boguang promised to truly listen to the story, a joyful smile would immediately appear on Yilin's face.
Ye Kai glanced at Yu Canghai and noticed that his expression was also dazed by Yilin's smile. He couldn't help but curl his lips and mutter under his breath, "This level of concentration is really a problem."
However, at this moment, Yu Canghai felt that Yilin's smile was like a fairy pausing by the lake, watching the water lilies bloom in the lake. The focused expression deeply rooted itself in his heart.
