In the Classroom Hall, the Hunters completed their oath, and Hilbert left behind an inspiring declaration, marking the end of the lesson. 0

After the President personally conducted the class, it signified that this session was over. However, it did not mean that there would be no issues during future missions. When problems arose, it was hoped that they could be resolved with clear objectives. 0

Once they left the Classroom Hall, everyone set off with their own ideals. Some were unwilling to be bound by rules, especially since the Hunter's license brought in a considerable monthly reward. Each mission also yielded a commission of one percent from the task, along with Score rewards. 0

Freyr was eager to submit his personal information to obtain permission for team formation. He had already decided on his companions; he would first choose based on those who performed well during the assessment process. He believed that Wu Hua possessed strong dynamic vision, and his good friend Xiong Tai would also be a suitable team member. 0

After returning to his apartment, he prepared the necessary personal information and documents for team formation and followed the path outlined in the guidebook to Wanderer's Home. 0

Wanderer's Home was a tall black building resembling a tower, standing six meters high. As an officially recognized department of the association, every staff member here was a retired hunter with rich combat experience. They simply did not want to leave the association or abandon their beloved profession; they would rather work until death than live off a substantial bounty for the rest of their lives. 0

"It's been ages since anyone came here," an old woman said as she sat at the bar, her head drooping as she weakly sipped her plum tea. 0

"Yes, indeed," replied an old man sitting nearby, wearing the iconic badge of a hunter on his chest. He looked so thin he seemed like a matchstick, as if he would fall over with just a gust of wind. 0

But both of them suddenly perked up, their ears twitching like rabbits. "Ah, finally someone has arrived." 0

As they spoke, golden light flickered in their dim eyes. Suddenly, several people entered through the door, dressed in various outfits—some looking fierce while others appeared somewhat innocent—forming a long queue at the back. 0

Freyr wanted to move to the front quickly but was still a bit slow. At that moment, those in front were handing their cards one by one to an elderly woman behind the bar. Her eyes glowed with a faint yellow light before she revealed a kind smile. 0

Finally, it was Freyr's turn. He handed over a stack of papers and said to the elderly woman at the bar, "Grandma, I would like to apply for team formation." 0

The old woman paused slightly and began to examine the young man before her. The brilliance in her Ancient Osenyan eyes slowly dimmed as she smiled gently and said, "Sure! You need to submit an application and gather suitable companions within three days before coming here to request team entry. Of course, you must be cautious when forming your team because the initial Hunter Team rank is the lowest—just soldier level. You must wait at least one week before applying for rank upgrades. The Upgrade team ranks also have time restrictions; due to special circumstances for your first upgrade, you can wait one week in between applications. However, for subsequent upgrades or rank changes, you must wait two weeks each time. Please remember this." 0

"Understood!" 0

Having heard and understood the rules clearly, Freyr felt even more grateful for how newcomers were treated at first. Without hesitation, he submitted his organized documents. 0

The old woman turned her head and shouted at the old man beside her, "Old man, go upload this document." 0

"Ah, what did you say, dear?" The old man seemed a bit hard of hearing. Although her voice had been quite loud just now, his frail, withered body clearly indicated that he was nearing the end of his life, and his hearing had deteriorated significantly. It wouldn't be long before he might be called by the Grim Reaper. 0

"I'm talking about uploading the data!" The old woman grabbed the old man's ear and raised her voice even more. 0

"Oh? I understand now." The old man squinted his golden eyes and twisted his neck. "Ah, I'm just too old. I hope I can still manage it; there have been so few hunters submitting applications lately." His lazy expression turned grim as strange light swirled between his hands, resembling a dark void that could swallow everything. 0

"Hey, all done." 0

The old woman organized the documents on the table, stamped them, and tossed them into the center of the old man's palms. His hands began to tremble more and more; it seemed that the energy was rapidly draining his strength. He was no longer in peak physical condition. Before long, his hands shook violently, his tightly clenched lips turned pale, and his pupils seemed to reflect a determined resolve. 0

After finishing with the stamps, the old woman swiftly grabbed the files from the table and tossed them into her palm. 0

She continued to smile, "Alright, now we just wait for three days to see how it goes. By then, the application process should be complete." 0

The old man sighed in defeat. "Ah, I'm exhausted. Each time is more tiring than the last. Am I really getting old?" 0

The old woman frowned and scolded him, "Old man, please stop saying such things! Hearing you talk like this makes me furious." 0

Being called old was probably one of the topics women least wanted to hear. 0

"Ah, I really envy you. Time has lingered too long on your face compared to mine; it's infuriating," he said as he shrank back slightly and waved his hand in resignation. "But even so, we're both ninety years old now, and I've been around longer than you." 0

"Hey, are you trying to provoke me on purpose?" 0

Watching the two elderly people bicker was surprisingly amusing to Freyr. 0

Before he knew it, he let out a laugh. At that moment, their exchange came to a halt as both elders turned their attention back to the young man in front of them, feeling a bit embarrassed for having forgotten there were others present during their quarrel. 0

The old lady smiled kindly and said, "Young man, keep pushing forward. Believe in your abilities; as long as you believe, you will succeed. I can tell character when I see it." 0

The old man beside her chimed in, "Yes, yes! If you believe in yourself, you can achieve anything. You may not like our old ramblings, but establishing the Hunter Team means you've already decided your future path." 0

"Do not fear death; it is merely good bait. Do not fear your enemies; they are stepping stones to progress. Move forward without hesitation; this is your time, young people." 0

"Thank you. I'll come back in three days," Freyr said, bowing slightly before turning to leave. 0

"Old man, you finally spoke some sense today," the old lady chuckled. 0

"What do you mean by that? When I was young, I was quite the charming young gentleman. Girls lined up to hear me talk about life. It's just that now I prefer to keep quiet to avoid trouble; otherwise, you'd call me an old fool again," the old man shrugged, acting as if nothing had happened. 0

"Hey, that young man seemed to notice our Ability activation earlier. Although his powers haven't awakened yet, he could be a promising candidate. What do you think, old man?" 0

The old lady turned to look at him, only to find the old man slumped over with his head down, drooling slightly and showing signs of light sleep. It seemed he hadn't heard much of what she just said. 0

"Old man!" 0

Her sharp voice pierced through his drowsiness, startling him awake from his hazy state. Trembling slightly, he asked, "What happened? Is it time for dinner?" 0
