“Are you Qin Wujiao?” Qin Zhi Han suddenly asked coldly.
Qin Uncle nodded with difficulty.
“Why did you abandon us, mother and son?” Qin Zhi Han looked at the man before him, more surprised than happy. “Why didn’t you come back to find us?” Each word was heavy with emotion.

However, to avoid any suspicion, I think it’s better for him to temporarily step down from the role of Captain. As for who takes over, that can be decided easily. "This cannot be chosen lightly; it must be someone experienced and respected. If we pick someone at random and something goes wrong, it would not be responsible for anyone," Commander Zhang and Commander Ma chimed in together.
Li Yuxuan was confused, unable to grasp what they were discussing as he watched them.
Bai Zhen and the others remained silent, simply observing Qin Zhi Han.
Su Ruolan felt that even though Qin Zhi Han and Qin Wujiao were father and son, they had never met. To worry that Qin Zhi Han might be sentimental about their father-son bond and lose his principles in doing things seemed to underestimate his character.
"Since both Captains have such concerns, to demonstrate my integrity and fairness, I agree to resign from the position of Captain of the Huaxia Four Corps. My previous oath still stands. Commander Li has taken great care of my mother and me, and if it turns out that his cause of death is indeed related to the Huaxia Corps, even if it involves Qin Wujiao, I will not hold back.
