Did Liu He really not understand this? Had his provocation in Anfei Safe Zone turned her into a fool?
However, Wang Chao had no time to ponder further. Since Liu He’s main force had already bypassed the black market, it indicated that her marching speed was incredibly fast. It wouldn’t be long before they reached Zhonghu Safety Zone. Wang Chao couldn’t allow this battle to erupt within Zhonghu Safety Zone; it was like two people fighting and choosing to do so in one’s own home—everything would be left in ruins.

As Liu He rushed toward Zhonghu Safety Zone and Wang Chao led the soldiers out of the city to confront them, Aivina in the black market received news of the situation. She looked at a letter on her desk and smiled slightly before saying, “Zhang Zuoshi, you stay behind just in case and keep a close watch on both sides' movements. The rest of you follow me; let’s take down Anfei Safe Zone with one swift strike!”

As soon as she finished speaking, Aivina was the first to rush through the passageway outside, followed by about a thousand members of the Black Clothes Society, all dressed in black clothing with masks covering their faces and curved blades on their backs as they swiftly moved toward Anfei Safe Zone.
At that moment, Wang Chao finally met the soldiers of the Zhonghu Safety Zone just one kilometer away from their territory. The nearby houses had collapsed, and the area was overgrown with weeds, presenting a desolate scene. On the street, Wang Chao and Liu He were only a few meters apart, each leading their own thousand-strong troops behind them.
With firearms slung over their backs and swords in hand, no one spoke; the only sound was the occasional whistle of the western wind slicing through the blades. Finally, Liu He broke the silence, saying, "Wang Chao, who would have thought that as old friends, we would meet like this? We could have been enjoying women together or sitting down for a drink!"
Wang Chao snorted coldly and replied, "I used to feel a bit ashamed of my ambition. Unifying Huaxia seems indeed ambitious. But now I understand that there’s nothing shameful about it. As long as there’s someone like you leading a Safe Zone, my ambition will never cease!"
"I will not let this world fall into the hands of those I despise!" With that, Wang Chao summoned his Bone Knife. Liu He raised an eyebrow but then burst into laughter, saying, "This world? Indeed, it is a wonderful world; with strength, you can obtain anything. Wang Chao, I just gave you an opportunity, but unfortunately, you didn’t cherish it."
"In that case, you’re on a path to death!" Liu He shouted.
Wang Chao responded, "Is that so? I’ll see who dies today! Brothers, charge!"
However, to Wang Chao's surprise, at his command, not a single soldier moved behind him. Confused, he turned to look back and saw that the soldiers of the Zhonghu Safety Zone remained completely still. At that moment, Liu He laughed heartily while Li Kai and Iron Joy walked over to his side.
Li Kai was fiddling with the token Wang Chao had given him earlier. Iron Joy then spoke up, "Didn’t expect this, did you, Wang Chao? I’ve always been wary of you and wondered if my plan would succeed. But now you’ve handed over your token so easily—truly heaven’s help!" With that, Iron Joy let out a hoarse and maniacal laugh.
He continued, "Let’s see who dies today!"
At this point, Wang Chao retracted his Bone Knife. After a moment of thought, he began to grasp the truth of the situation and smiled as he said, "You planned this step back at the supermarket?"
Iron Joy shrugged and replied, "This plan has been in the works for over a year. Your appearance was indeed a variable—especially after witnessing your formidable strength. I feared you might become an obstacle to my scheme. So I had Li Kai follow you to gather information. Did you really think Li Kai would betray his cousin?"
"Haha!" Wang Chao laughed upon hearing this. "So that’s how it is! No wonder Liu He dared to attack Zhonghu Safety Zone; you’ve been in cahoots all along! After dealing with me, your second target must be the Black Clothes Society!"
Liu He said, "Of course, once we deal with you, we'll head straight back to the Anfei Safe Zone. After that, we'll take care of the Black Clothes Society. Their leader will never expect us to return so quickly, and we'll catch them off guard. As for the Yangnan Safe Zone, it will be ours for the taking. Brothers, let's kill Wang Chao!"
