On Wang Luochuan's side, hundreds of silver needles were unable to pierce the monster's skin and were instead deflected outward, embedding themselves in the ground. However, Wang Chao noticed that the spots where the steel needles had struck were precisely at various joint acupoints. It seemed that Wang Luochuan must have studied traditional medicine or something similar; otherwise, it would have been impossible for her to be so accurate.
Da Qiang never expected that his punch would end up destroying his own weapon. Fortunately, he still had one fist covered. It appeared that he could only wait for the final decisive blow. What surprised everyone was that when Wang Luochuan saw her silver needles could not penetrate the monster's body, she swiftly drew her belt from her waist. At that moment, everyone realized that what she had wrapped around her waist was not just a belt but a whip with twenty-eight segments, and at the end was a small dagger!
With the silver needles ineffective, the whip came into play! Wang Chao and Aivina exchanged glances and charged forward again. The whip coiled directly around the monster's body, while the tail end constricted around it, binding both of its arms. Seeing this, Wang Chao's eyes lit up, and he shouted to Da Qiang beside him, "Da Qiang, help Wang Luochuan hold onto the whip! The monster is incredibly strong; she can't bind it alone!"
Da Qiang nodded and sprinted forward, performing a forward roll right in front of Wang Luochuan. He first wrapped his legs around the whip and then used his arms to secure it as well. His muscles tensed up, veins bulging; clearly, he was alleviating some of Wang Luochuan's burden. Seeing this, Wang Chao and Aivina knew they couldn't afford to hesitate; this was their best chance!
At that moment, Wang Chao took the lead and charged out again, raising his Panlong Blade once more. This time, with both arms bound, the monster found it difficult to block with its arms. Wang Chao swung with incredible speed. Just then, the monster began to swell dramatically as if exerting all its strength; it seemed like the liquid inside its body could burst at any moment.
Just as Wang Chao's Panlong Blade was about to strike the monster's neck, its body inflated even more until it finally broke free from the whip's constraints. In an instant, it shattered the whip and almost immediately grabbed hold of the Panlong Blade. Wang Chao realized that this monster was far too powerful; he didn't know when he would be able to get close again!
Thinking quickly, Wang Chao abandoned the Panlong Blade and conjured two Bone Knives with his hands. He thrust them directly into the monster's body with all his might. At that moment, there were two piercing sounds as both Bone Knives sank into the monster! The creature had no time to react!
However, once they penetrated its body, the monster quickly retaliated with its claws aimed at Wang Chao. Anticipating this attack, Wang Chao transformed one Bone Knife into a shield to block against the monster's strike. Yet he still underestimated its strength; the monster's attack pierced through his seemingly indestructible shield and struck his shoulder! It sent him flying away, and Wang Chao knew his arm was completely ruined.
As Wang Chao flew back, Aivina and Wang Luochuan rushed forward toward the monster’s abdomen where two wounds were oozing green liquid. Aivina did not charge straight at it but instead threw her dagger while shouting, "Luochuan, aim for those wounds!"
Wang Luochuan nodded and then saw a dagger fly ahead of her followed by hundreds of steel needles. The dagger struck one of the wounds that Wang Chao had created while the needles scattered across both wounds, instantly enlarging them! With no tough skin to obstruct them now, everyone finally had a target for their attacks!
For the first time, the monster felt threatened and went berserk as it charged forward. The others quickly retreated while their teammates opened fire to cover their escape. Bullets struck the wounds, tearing through flesh in a gruesome display; however, it seemed as if nothing affected the monster as it barreled forward with increased speed.
One claw lunged at Aivina while another reached for Wang Luochuan. Although both women were quick on their feet, they were no match for this beast. Just as it was about to grab them by their necks, Wang Chao charged back in wearing Golden Armor. With Silver Stream shimmering on his Bone Knife, he swung fiercely at the monster’s neck!
The monster's neck was heavily struck by Wang Chao's blow. Although a deep wound was inflicted, it still did not sever the neck! As the monster slowed its advance, its two claws descended heavily. While they did not cut through Aivina and Wang Luochuan's necks, they landed directly on their chests, causing blood to spray all over Wang Chao's face. Both of them fell to the ground with a thud.
The claws returned but did not stop moving; they clamped down on Wang Chao's shoulders. At that moment, Wang Chao shouted, "Da Qiang, it's your turn for the final strike! Aim for that faceless head above! Make it a fatal blow!" As he spoke, Wang Chao also grabbed the monster's body, similarly clamping down on its shoulders.
At this point, Da Qiang was already behind the monster! Hearing Wang Chao's command and seeing his actions, Da Qiang let out a roar and raised his right hand—the only weapon he had, a single fist weapon—this was his only chance! With Wang Chao's shoulders being gripped tighter, the monster's strength increased, and it was only a matter of time before Wang Chao's shoulders would break. Meanwhile, Wang Luochuan and Aivina lay on the ground, blood staining the earth around them; it was unclear whether they were alive or dead. The only one left with any attacking power was Da Qiang!
Da Qiang summoned all his strength for this moment. Following Wang Chao's instructions, he aimed for the faceless head atop the long neck. However, Wang Chao did not know where the monster's vital point lay. If Da Qiang failed to deliver a fatal blow, he would be killed by the monster in an instant. Wang Chao was essentially gambling that this monster’s critical weakness resided in that head! If he guessed wrong, all twenty-four people present would perish.
Da Qiang began to run faster and faster. Then, at the moment when Wang Chao's shoulder was crushed by the monster, Da Qiang's fist struck the monster's head with tremendous force. There was a loud "pop," and the monster’s head burst open like a watermelon. Both the creature and Wang Chao collapsed to the ground together.
