Life is beautiful, life is wonderful. Even when trapped in a predicament with unknown enemies lurking outside, it still does not dampen Lin Yuan's great mood.
The intact Laser Gun had already been installed on his right Mechanical Arm, significantly boosting his combat power. With the ability to fire once every three seconds, it alleviated much of his pressure. If paired with an additional set of Mechanical Arms, the effect would be even better.

Lin Yuan even had a whimsical thought: if he used the parts he dismantled from the Mechanical Bodies to reassemble a Mechanical Warrior and then installed an Intelligence Chip into it, could that Mechanical Warrior come to life?
However, imagining was one thing; executing it was another. Lin Yuan couldn't achieve this yet because the part required for installing the Intelligence Chip was highly intricate and often ended up completely damaged after he dismantled it.
Moreover, even if he could successfully assemble it without damage, there was no guarantee that the Mechanical Warrior would awaken. The Intelligence Chip would certainly require some programming instructions to function properly, but unfortunately, Lin Yuan had no knowledge of such things.
So now, he was busy completing his task of assembling the Intelligence Matrix.
Extracting Intelligence Chips from the wreckage of those Mechanical Warriors wasn't too difficult. However, he made some peculiar discoveries. Not all Intelligence Chips were identical. So far, he had dismantled thirty-two chips. The golden ones were of the lowest grade—defective products—that would add zero percent to Lin Yuan's Intelligence Level when installed in his Mechanical Body.
Another type was yellow-green with beautiful patterns on them; these were slightly higher in grade. Although they were also defective products, they could increase Lin Yuan's Intelligence Level by five percent.
The last type was blue-yellow with textures that seemed to depict some strange patterns. Lin Yuan had only found one of these chips, and when installed in his Mechanical Body, it would increase his Intelligence Level by forty percent.
According to Lin Yuan's understanding, the different colored Intelligence Chips should represent the varying levels of Intelligence of Mechanical Warriors while they were alive. Since all these Intelligence Chips were derived from F1 level Mechanical Warriors, Lin Yuan boldly speculated that yellow must be the base color for this level, and regardless of whether it was golden yellow, yellow-green, or blue-yellow, they all belonged to the same category.
If it were an E-Class Mechanical Warrior, the base color of the Intelligence Chip would change.
Lin Yuan was also curious about what color his own Intelligence Chip might be. So far, he had not noticed any Intelligence Chip on his Mechanical Body.
Curiosity aside, Lin Yuan's days remained fulfilling and busy. During this time, he had come to absolutely love the feeling of installing Intelligence Chips on his Mechanical Body; it was incredibly exhilarating, almost like a drug.
However, as the number of Intelligence Chips installed on his Mechanical Body continued to increase, Lin Yuan suddenly realized that the pleasurable sensation was gradually diminishing. Similarly, the percentage increase in his Intelligence Level from installing Intelligence Chips began to decline as well—from an initial thirty percentage points to twenty, then ten, and finally reaching a point where no further increases occurred.
At this point, Lin Yuan had installed eighty-two Intelligence Chips, and his Intelligence Level had risen from an initial 76 to 89, only to come to a complete halt.
Even if he wanted to force another installation, all he received was a warning message.
"Warning! Warning! Current Intelligence Level is very high. Please use a higher-level Intelligence Chip to complete the installation of the Intelligence Matrix. Forcibly installing may result in unpredictable dangerous consequences!"
Thus, Lin Yuan had no choice but to give up. He understood this issue well enough, but where could he find higher-level Intelligence Chips?
This time, Lin Yuan's gaze finally fell outside; perhaps it was time to venture out and see what lay beyond!
Although he had spent all his time dismantling Mechanical Warrior wreckage recently, his combat strength had been steadily increasing, primarily due to the enhancement of his Intelligence Level.
It’s important to note that an increase in Intelligence Level is akin to a human idiot suddenly becoming an Einstein. While Lin Yuan wasn't quite that dramatic, his reaction speed, the ability of his Auditory Radar to generate Three-Dimensional Images for targeting, and even his judgment and reasoning skills regarding various actions had all seen significant improvement.
If he had to describe it in one sentence, it would be that his waist no longer ached, his back no longer hurt, and his legs were free from cramps!
In this situation, Lin Yuan opened the previously blocked exit of the hall once again, cautiously moving forward a bit. As expected, three beams of red light swiftly swept past him, barely missing their target.
However, this time, Lin Yuan was not so easily discouraged. Like a child playing a game, he popped his head out from several exits around the hall and quickly withdrew, luring the three beams of red light to continuously bombard the area.
After playing this hide-and-seek game for a full five hours, Lin Yuan finally chuckled to himself in triumph—success!
His earlier actions were not out of boredom or a foolish attempt to deplete the energy of the three Mechanical Warriors; rather, he was determining their precise locations based on their different shooting trajectories.
This method had occurred to Lin Yuan long ago, but he had been unable to execute it due to the extensive calculations and analysis required—his Intelligence Level simply couldn't handle it.
But now things were different. His Intelligence Level had risen to over nine, making it much easier to process these attack trajectories. Once he pinpointed the exact locations of the three Mechanical Warriors, he would be ready to launch his final attack!
