Moreover, the Temporary Intelligence System intercepted numerous messages exchanged back and forth. These transmissions were quite rudimentary and easily deciphered; however, the language and script used in these messages were completely foreign to Lin Yuan, leaving him unable to understand them.
Yet through this, Lin Yuan could ascertain that this place did not seem to be filled with violence and chaos but rather appeared to be a technologically advanced and orderly civilization.
"Could this be a stroke of luck amidst my misfortune?"
Lin Yuan consoled himself with this thought. However, he did not recklessly seek out the life forms on this planet; instead, he stealthily descended into a vast forest that looked quite tall and concealed.
It is worth mentioning that the plants here were remarkably robust. Any tree he encountered was frighteningly thick and surprisingly resilient; it was difficult to break one. A kick against it would cause it to bounce back like a spring, making for quite an amusing experience.
As for the forest itself, there were no fierce beasts in sight—only beautiful flowers and vines everywhere, resembling something akin to a paradise.

After confirming that there were no dangers within hundreds of miles, Lin Yuan felt bold enough to absorb the free Centrifugal Stone Energy from this planet. After all, it was best to fill up first.
However, just as Lin Yuan thought he was safe and had set up a total of twelve Energy Absorption Towers within a certain range, preparing to quietly study the specifics of this place, he suddenly heard a faint sound, like the soft crunch of a child sneaking a chocolate bean.
At that moment, Lin Yuan was on high alert. He quickly pinpointed the source of the sound using his Auditory Radar, but to his surprise, he found nothing. The only thing he noticed was that one of the Energy Absorption Towers he had placed there had vanished without a trace!
