"Below Controllers are Destroyers; their nature is similar and they are classified into the same levels with equally formidable combat abilities. When a Destroyer reaches SSS Level, they can be promoted to Controller. Below Destroyers are Executors—the last occupation in this system—who also need to exist from birth without crossing boundaries. Currently in our Peace Council Base are nineteen level Executors and one B-Level Executor who is slightly weaker in strength. Meanwhile, in the Dark Council Base resides an F-Level Destroyer who is nearly the strongest among all four councils."

They must unconditionally serve Patrollers as well as Executors and others including themselves. Assistants also have levels with different permissions; when an Assistant reaches SSS Level they can be promoted to F-Level Patroller."
"Beneath Assistants lies the lowest rank—Newborns—which refers simply to any Mechanical Life born as a commoner without level classification. They must pass evaluations based on Ten Subjects of the mechanical empire and continuously complete designated tasks before becoming F-Level Assistants; this process generally takes zero Mechanical Years."
"Now you understand? If this were outside here you—a Puppet Mechanism—would absolutely not qualify as a Newborn; however here you may be an exception—it’s your fortune! Now your name must precede with 'Newborn' as an identity marker; otherwise you will run into significant trouble!
