"I won't. Either you're a Mechanical Soldier or just seeing you makes me feel inexplicably angry." Luo Mengqi crossed her arms over her chest and turned her head away.
"My granddaughter doesn't know any better, please don't take offense."
"It's fine." Sima Chuan replied, though his foot still hurt. "But how did the doctor know we were fighting?"
"You don't need to be so formal and call me doctor. I just saw you through the mechanical sensors, but the location was off, so I thought of Qi. I rushed over and, as expected, found you here."
"I see. Doctor, we've been living outside without a fixed residence. This time we need to complete a task assigned by Sade Sage. So could we trouble you to stay here for now?"
"That's no problem. Six, take our guests to their rooms."
"Yes, doctor." At that moment, a robot emerged from somewhere and walked towards Sima Chuan.

"What? You are also a Robot?" Luo Mengqi interjected.
"Qi."
"I have something to say." Luo Mengqi completely disregarded Rock's obstruction.
"Oh, what is it?" Sima Chuan was quite curious.
"Are you a Robot?"
"That's right, it was an accident."
"I can assure you, otherwise how could we be together?" Qiong interjected.
"Don't you feel like you're no longer human?" Luo Mengqi's tone turned somewhat sorrowful, and her eyes seemed to glisten with tears.
"No, why would I?"
"Nothing. You continue."
"Oh." Just as the words left her lips, Rock sat down beside Luo Mengqi and embraced her. "Alright, Qi. It's okay, you should go back to your room."
"Mm." With that, she stood up. Rock watched Luo Mengqi until she closed the door behind her. Then he sighed.
Sima Chuan noticed and asked, "Doctor, what's wrong?"
"Well, since you asked, let me explain."
"Paswo?" Booth looked at the renowned scientist who had once been a close friend of Sade.
"What? Don't you recognize him? Weren't you once his disciple?" Paswo seemed to see through Booth's thoughts.
"I have nothing to do with him anymore. In his eyes, I'm just a guy interested in violence," Booth replied, recalling an incident from the past:
It was during an experiment when Booth jokingly said to Sade, "Sage, wouldn't it be great if we could turn Earth into our technology laboratory? The experimental subjects would be endless." But Sade had sternly reprimanded him: "You fool! Are you trying to invade Earth? How many times do I have to tell you? We conduct experiments and create technology not to invade but to protect our peace. War only brings suffering. Invasion is not what we scientists should be doing, do you understand?"
"I understand," Booth replied somewhat defiantly. He vowed to transform Earth into the universe's premier technology laboratory.
"Alright." Nai interrupted his thoughts. "From now on, you two will work together for our common goal. Hahaha."
Paswo and Buzhi bowed to Nai and replied, "Yes, Lady Nayi."
"Good. Paswo, your plan."
"I see, so she is a Mechanical Soldier modified by aliens, which is why seeing a Mechanical Soldier triggers such impulses," Sima Chuan said.
"It must be Nai." Qiong suddenly stood up.
"Nai?" Rock asked curiously.
"That's right. Nai has captured some humans in her quest to study the strongest Mechanical Soldier. The Mechanical Warrior was created specifically to thwart Nai's plans."
"What plans?"
"To transform Earth into the largest technological laboratory in the universe."
"Sade Sage seems to have mentioned this to me before, and he also said that Qi could help stop the alien invasion."
"Just as I thought," Sima Chuan mused: I was right all along.
"Chuan, Doctor. I need to clarify something first. Akaper is still unaware of this matter."
"What is it?" both of them asked in unison.
Qiong cleared her throat twice and continued, "Akaper was created after me. And Akaper has a unique characteristic."
"What is it?"
"Akaper belongs to the water element."
"What does water element mean?" Sima Chuan searched his memories of Akaper but found nothing related to elements.
"I remember that elements are characteristics of Mechanical Warriors," Rock seemed to recall something.
"That's right. Akaper is ice, so he always emanates a chill, and Sade Sage created the water element Mechanical Warrior specifically to counter the characteristics of the Mechanical Soldier."
"So Qi is fire, right?"
"It turns out that's the case." Sima Chuan shivered at the thought of Luo Mengqi's fierce demeanor during their fight.
"Chuan, you need to be careful."
"What's wrong?" Sima Chuan asked, puzzled.
"Luo Mengqi is of the Fire element."
"I know that. What's the big deal?"

"Okay, the earlier you go, the earlier you return," Rock also stood up with a smile.
"Then we'll head out now." With that, Qiong stood up and left with Sima Chuan. Rock accompanied them to the door. After they left, he returned to look for Luo Mengqi but found that she had disappeared. He called out repeatedly, "Qi, Qi," but received no response. Meanwhile, Sima Chuan and Qiong were nowhere to be found.
"Alright, Paswo. Your plan is good."
"Thank you, My Lord."
"Booth, you go execute it; make sure to do it well. If this goes well, there will be rewards for everyone. Hahaha." Nai finished speaking and turned to leave.
"Yes, my lord."
"And Booth." Just as Booth was about to leave, Paswo called him back. "I have one more task for you to complete."
"What is it?"
Paswo gestured to Booth, then spoke softly to him.
Booth listened and a faint smile appeared on his lips. "Alright, don't worry. I'll make sure to handle this." With that, he turned and walked outside.
"Hahaha, Sade, your plan will soon be destroyed by me. Just wait for your doom! I will ensure that your peace perishes along with you. Just wait, that day is not far off."
The heavy snow outside blanketed the ground in a beautiful white, though the chill in the air after the snowfall was palpable.
"Wait." Sima Chuan stopped, facing Qiong.
"What?"
"You know."
"Then I understand."
"Wait."
"In fact, Akaper's mission is not to stop Nai's invasion plan."
"What is it then?" Sima Chuan asked, puzzled.
"To find someone very suitable to merge with him."
"Me?"
"Exactly. Akaper just needs to tell you what to do and how to do it. Implant his memories into your brain, and then his mission will be complete."
"Why didn't you say this earlier?"
"It's not that I didn't have the chance."
"How could that be?"
"Indeed." Qiong appeared somewhat melancholic.

Qiong prepared to transform into her mech, and when Sima Chuan turned around, she was suddenly startled. "It's you?"
