Chapter One Hundred Ninety-Seven: Outbreak
"Poof," Yang Xiaoyou looked at Charming Shadow, who was dressed in a black and white Gothic maid outfit, and almost spat out a mouthful of blood.
At that moment, she stood before several people with a smile, extending her hand with a flyer.
Her voluptuous figure strained against the bindings of her outfit, revealing smooth skin, while her legs in white stockings swayed enticingly.
With such attire, even in Akihabara, where maid cafes were all the rage, she would certainly stand out and attract many passing tourists.
Beside Yang Xiaoyou, Huang Wei and the others wore expressions of utter disbelief.
"Thank you," Yang Xiaoyou said as she took the flyer, letting out a sigh. The other party surely didn’t come dressed like this just to mock her; there must be something else going on.

Before Huang Wei could speak up, Yang Xiaoyou punched him in the abdomen and nodded, then left the group trailing behind her as she headed toward a more secluded corner.
She didn’t forget to tell Huang Wei and the others, "You guys don’t have any money right now; I’ll be back soon."
Once they were gone, Huang Wei couldn’t help but wail loudly.
"What’s going on? Didn’t I tell you to find an opportunity and wait for me?" In a quiet area, Yang Xiaoyou frowned.
Well, Charming Shadow indeed matched her aesthetic perfectly and was quite tempting. However, she understood there must be some serious matter at hand; she would wait to hear what it was before making any decisions.
"I was about to leave, but Tokyo Airport has closed down. All flights have been delayed due to the typhoon. I even checked the Shinkansen schedule and found that everything is halted," Charming Shadow said with a serious expression.
Hearing this, Yang Xiaoyou's expression changed slightly. If they were preparing for a large-scale operation like last time’s terrorist arrests, it should have happened long ago. Tokyo is an international city; securing airports and stations would be crucial. A complete lockdown would have massive repercussions.
In such circumstances, the cause of this situation might be related to the H Virus. But so much time had passed since then; why were they only starting checks now?
"This shouldn’t be happening. Although Japan's Self-Defense Forces are not numerous, they are indeed elite troops. After sealing off Sunshine Building, there shouldn’t have been any issues. J City has managed to control several recent attacks easily; here... hmm... is it just standard precaution? Why seal off now when they didn’t before?" Upon hearing this news, Yang Xiaoyou fell into deep thought.
In his memory, Tokyo had indeed experienced one of the largest Virus Infection Incidents in the world, transforming the entire city into a dead zone. Ultimately, it was the United Nations that coordinated efforts, with troops from the United States, China, and the Soviet Union simultaneously deployed to suppress the spread of the virus. However, this came at a significant cost to Japan itself.
Yet, the timing and cause of that incident were far removed from the present situation. Yang Xiaoyou had arranged for Nobunaga Hideyoshi to secretly monitor the Sunshine Building after emerging from that crisis, and their control had been quite effective.
With the airborne survival capability of the H Virus, once the situation was under control, it could be confirmed that the area was completely safe. Because of this, Yang Xiaoyou felt relaxed and leisurely as he wandered around.
To him, the current situation in Tokyo resembled what J City had faced after Sun Jun's chaos. Given his understanding of the H Virus, he could naturally treat it as a stable environment.
However, the sudden appearance of a city lockdown indicated that things were not as simple as they seemed.
Thinking about this made a hint of brutality flash through Yang Xiaoyou's heart.
"Those useless fools! I thought they were sharp-minded; they’ve messed up even a controlled situation." It felt as if a wicked fire was burning within him.

Fueled by anger, Yang Xiaoyou roughly pushed Charming Shadow against a nearby wall. One hand slipped into her sleeve, kneading her soft curves, while his other hand slid up her smooth thigh.
At this moment, he was too lazy to care about anything else; he simply wanted to vent his frustrations.
However, just as his eyes began to redden and he started to breathe heavily, a series of screams from outside interrupted his actions.
Releasing Charming Shadow, who appeared disheveled and flustered, both fires within Yang Xiaoyou ignited anew. After wiping his hands on his clothes to remove some mysterious stains, he approached the Exit and looked outside at the panicking crowd. His expression darkened significantly.
In his memory, he had experienced such chaos several times before, but witnessing it unfold in reality still left Yang Xiaoyou feeling powerless. There was insufficient intelligence and not enough military presence; now that chaos had erupted here, it meant that even if it appeared to be mere disorder for now, the virus's spread would ultimately lead to a full-blown outbreak.
For him at this moment, it meant finding a way to survive and escape from this city of thirty-five million people.
Unlike his firsthand experience in Kapa City, Yang Xiaoyou felt uncertain about this outbreak in Tokyo.
"Do those who are skilled in water drown in it? How ironic," Yang Xiaoyou thought to himself, self-deprecatingly, as he observed the chaotic crowd outside while trying to calm his mind.
If it weren't for his extensive knowledge of the H Virus, an ordinary person would likely choose to leave immediately upon hearing about such a thing appearing in Tokyo, even if they knew it had been contained.
Yet here he was, relying on his understanding of the virus, believing he was safe enough to continue with his original plan. He never anticipated such a leak would occur; this was indeed his oversight, and he wouldn't deny it.
"My master, aren't you feeling uncomfortable holding back?" Just as Yang Xiaoyou was contemplating his next move amidst the chaos outside, Charming Shadow wrapped her arms around his shoulders from behind. Her warm, bouncy body pressed against him, and the teasing from earlier had excited her greatly. The fact that they were in such a public setting only added to the strange thrill of the moment.
Her cold, soft hands glided down his body.
"Let me help you," she said, her voice tinged with excitement as she stood behind him, also watching the chaos outside. Then she began to move rhythmically against him, gradually increasing her pace.
The cool softness of her touch combined with the pressure from behind and the bizarre scene before them provided Yang Xiaoyou with an exhilarating rush.
"While traffic hasn't completely collapsed yet, let's drive as far as we can. After that, we'll have no choice but to go on foot." After releasing some pent-up excitement, Yang Xiaoyou relied on his extraordinary reflexes to maneuver a rugged vehicle down the highway at high speed, dodging obstacles as he drove.
With some burdens lifted off his shoulders, he felt lighter and performed exceptionally well; the chaotic traffic couldn't hinder his almost supernatural driving skills.
