Chapter 101: Dangerous Profession
"Ugh, I don't even know how to explain things to the people inside. They definitely won't be reasonable," Huang Wei said, his face filled with despair after briefly outlining the situation.
Although Yang Xiaoyou had just killed a Zombie in front of him, Huang Wei couldn't see the difficulty or strength involved. Comparing both sides, he ultimately felt that they were at a disadvantage.
"There are still more reasonable people in this world. Don't worry; I always believe in winning people over with kindness," Yang Xiaoyou said nonchalantly, patting Huang Wei on the shoulder before loading a large bag full of supplies onto her back.
"I hope so. By the way, shouldn't this beautiful lady hide her appearance a bit? Otherwise..." Huang Wei sighed, wearing a resigned expression, and then began to think.
The situation in sh City was still fresh in his memory.
"It's fine; I believe there are still good people in this world," Charming Shadow said with a smile, her maid outfit making Huang Wei feel invigorated again.

"Stop being so nosy; that's mine," she said, baring her teeth at him.
Receiving such a response, Huang Wei looked utterly dejected. What a great catch she was! It was such a pity.
Why would such a beautiful girl be so fallen as to only ask for five hundred? The saddest part was that he didn't even have the capital to indulge in her downfall. Gambling truly was harmful; it had benefited Xiao You instead.
"You could just take care of yourself in front of a mirror; why come and steal resources? Ugh," Huang Wei muttered as he followed Yang Xiaoyou toward the staircase.
Yang Xiaoyou, who caught the tail end of his mumbling, sincerely wished she hadn't heard it. She felt an overwhelming urge to tear his mouth off.
"Why are you so slow? Hmm? Where's A Jian?" Heartwing asked as they reached the second floor. Huang Wei gently knocked on the door and noticed several Zombies nearby gnawing on a corpse by the roadside—something that hadn't been there when they first came out.
As soon as the door opened, the man in the black tank top with tattoos on his arms unexpectedly glanced at the two individuals behind Huang Wei, then spoke sharply.
"One is dead, and the other fellow has been infected; he got scratched." Facing such a situation, Yang Xiaoyou took over the explanation.
"Dead?! Who are you?" The man in the tank top looked at Yang Xiaoyou with a dark expression, his eyes flickering as he also cast a glance at Charming Shadow beside him, seemingly lost in thought.
"Me? Well, actually I have a bit of a cooperative relationship with your Yamaguchi-gumi. What do you want?" Yang Xiaoyou replied nonchalantly.
"Hmph! In Japan, everyone wants to associate with us. Just bring the stuff inside." After a cold snort, the man in the tank top let them enter and then closed the door behind them.
The others gathered together couldn't help but whistle upon seeing Charming Shadow's appearance, their faces filled with excitement.
"Put down the goods and leave the woman; then you can go over there," the man in the tank top said coldly, a hint of chill flashing across his face.
"Sorry, we brought these items ourselves; if you want them, you can go get them yourself," Yang Xiaoyou sighed as he spoke. He had intended to reason with the man, but it seemed that fellow was not interested in dialogue.
"Haha, kid, do you still not understand the situation?" The burly man said with a mocking expression.
With his words, the group of fellows surrounding them erupted into derisive laughter.
Just as Yang Xiaoyou was about to respond, a figure dressed in oversized clothing and wearing a white baseball cap approached from Huang Wei's side and directly grabbed Yang Xiaoyou's collar, attempting to pull him backward.
In response to this sudden attack, Yang Xiaoyou quickly swatted back, breaking free from the grip. The force of his movement knocked off the person's cap.
As the cap fell away, long black hair flowed out, revealing a stunningly beautiful face with an icy demeanor to everyone present.
Upon seeing the familiar face in front of her, Yang Xiaoyou couldn't help but break into a sweat. How did she end up here?
Chen Wuyou, who had stumbled slightly after being pushed by Yang Xiaoyou, shot her a cold glare. "You're just a useless homebody; you should stay where you belong and not come bouncing around."
Although the words were extremely harsh, the beautiful woman delivered them with an air of nonchalance, as if she were merely stating a fact. Her calm tone made it seem natural and not overly offensive.
However, hearing the verbal assault aimed at Huang Wei and the others, along with that familiar tone, Yang Xiaoyou felt a pang of sadness. Why was this sharp-tongued sister here? It didn’t make sense; wasn’t she supposed to be studying in Shanghai?
Before she could voice her confusion, a burly man in a tank top grinned maliciously and said, "I didn't expect there to be one hiding here. And what you just spoke was Chinese, right? Heh, we need to teach you how to survive in our territory."
Hearing that laughter behind her, Yang Xiaoyou sighed and replied, "Did no one tell you that there are two of the most dangerous professions in the world?"
"What?" The man instinctively asked.
"Housekeeper and maid."
As soon as Yang Xiaoyou finished speaking, the seemingly harmless Charming Shadow erupted into action.
The leading burly man had no idea that the alluring beauty he underestimated would strike first. Before he could react, she delivered a swift kick to his head with her long leg.
The tremendous force sent him flying, his neck twisting awkwardly in mid-air.
After executing the attack, Charming Shadow transformed into a gust of wind and dashed toward the remaining group. In just a few seconds, those who had not reacted at all were completely taken down.
"What should we do with them now, Master?" Charming Shadow turned back after incapacitating the last few opponents, playfully brushing her hair over her shoulder as she smiled charmingly at Yang Xiaoyou.
"Kill them," Yang Xiaoyou said, seemingly indifferent. Keeping them alive was just a hassle; they might mutate, and death was the only assurance. These fellows had decent physical qualities, unlike some useless trash.
Upon hearing this, Charming Shadow fully displayed her skills as a top assassin. She crushed the necks of several individuals without leaving a trace of blood, making it look remarkably clean.
On the other side, Chen Wuyou looked at Yang Xiaoyou with slight surprise. Compared to the exaggerated expressions of Huang Wei and the others, her demeanor was much more normal. "Even a parasitic shut-in can bite back sometimes? What did Auntie teach you? And who is this Bloodthirsty monster?"
As she spoke, the beautiful woman maintained a calm expression, her tone steady. However, her words made Yang Xiaoyou feel slightly annoyed.
It seemed that aside from a few people from his parents' generation, no one else would have any good nicknames coming from this fellow's mouth.
The stunning figure before him, with a slightly expressionless face, was none other than Chen Wuyou, Chen Hao's sister, who had tormented both him and Chen Hao for quite some time.
She was supposed to be studying in Sh City but unexpectedly ended up here, which took him by surprise. Nevertheless, as long as she was safe, that was what mattered.
He had gone for another test and was now waiting for the results. Hopefully, the medication would have some effect.
