"That's it, the location is the airport exit. Let them handle the rest," a hint of indifference flashed in Yang Xiaoyou's eyes, accompanied by a series of blue digital runes.
Although no words were spoken, a set of Signal was sent out through the phone in their pocket, while Fang Jinke and Wang Xincheng remained completely unaware of anything unusual.
Upon arriving in the real world, Yang Xiaoyou found themselves following behind Fang Jinke and the others at the airport exit.
In front of them was a welcoming party of about thirty people, who were vaguely surrounding a young man appearing to be in his late twenties.
He was handsome and charismatic, with a hint of mischief that made him the type to easily attract attention from the opposite sex at first glance.
At that moment, he was laughing with a stylishly dressed beautiful woman beside him. Although she wore sunglasses, any young person who paid attention to the entertainment industry would recognize her as a well-known Action Star from the Hong Kong and Macau Region, a dream lover for countless fans.
Now married, she exuded an added layer of mature charm, her every move radiating an alluring grace, her fair skin drawing eyes.
Even though she was already married, rumors about her and Wise King had circulated before; seeing them laugh together now suggested there might be some truth to those whispers.
The allure and fame of this actress were evident from Wang Xincheng's rapid breathing and flushed cheeks; even this honest and awkward boy seemed to be infatuated with her.
It felt as if the pressure around Yang Xiaoyou had dissipated, prompting them to shake Fang Jinke's arm excitedly and exclaim, "I can't believe I can get so close to her! Just like you said, Brother Fang. I wonder if you could get me an autograph."
Beside them, Fang Jinke, Although he appeared to struggle with the request, his expression clearly showed he was enjoying it.
"Hehe, I can't handle it right now. The excitement is going to be even greater later," he replied.
In truth, Fang Jinke had no idea that this Starlet would be here. However, he certainly wouldn’t step back now; he was reveling in Wang Xincheng's flattery. Although they continued chatting, their commotion caught the attention of some members of the welcoming party. Someone asked what was going on after the lead attendant said something before returning to their business.
It was clear that among the thirty or so people present, about ten individuals dressed uniformly were brought by this Prince, while the others likely shared a similar situation as Fang Jinke.
Compared to someone as thick-skinned as Fang Jinke, the group of over ten fellows seemed to have arrived individually. They were all young people, but many of them appeared to know each other well, forming a tight-knit circle.
Among them, Yang Xiaoyou surprisingly recognized two familiar faces. One was Zhao Xinglong, the one who had challenged him during Military Training and had drawn out all the questions. The other was a fellow he had seen not long ago at the Daoist Association, the one he had used as a test subject for his White Mouse experiment.
Moreover, this White Mouse seemed to hold a relatively high status among the group. Even the Wise King would occasionally chat and laugh with him during their free time.
In terms of demeanor, many of the others resembled Fang Jinke, who was known for being opportunistic. In contrast, this White Mouse exuded the aura of a successful entrepreneur. Of course, his success was likely due to strong backing rather than just personal achievement.
"Wow, there are quite a few people here; it's really troublesome," Yang Xiaoyou muttered as he scanned the scene before him.
"Keep your voice down. You see, these fellows are no ordinary people. I won't mention the Wise King and Hong Kong Sister, but those around our age are not typical Young Masters. They may seem approachable now, but if you provoke them, don’t expect me to clean up after you," Fang Jinke warned Yang Xiaoyou while subtly elevating the status of that group. The higher they were raised in perception, the more it implied that he too held a significant position among them.
"Is that you?!"
As Fang Jinke began to push through the crowd, many of the young people turned their attention toward him.
The White Mouse from the Daoist Association wore a ghostly expression and exclaimed in surprise.
Unlike others, he had achieved results without relying on his family at such a young age. Besides his arrogance, he possessed keen insight and judgment.
He couldn't believe that his earlier embarrassment was merely due to low blood sugar or high blood pressure; that painful experience he never wanted to relive seemed vaguely connected to the boy standing before him!
Seeing him again now felt quite unnatural.
"Brother Liang, do you know this fellow brought by Fang?" In terms of status, Liang Sheng could be considered one of the core figures in this circle; every move he made was certainly under observation.
Understanding Fang Jinke's associate, it was clear from their attire that the two fellows were from a different world than his own.
However, Liang Sheng's attitude piqued the curiosity of those beside him. A fellow, who was no less stout than Fang Jinke, began to inquire about him, calling him "Fatty Fang" repeatedly.
"I don't know him; I've only seen him once at the association," Liang Sheng replied somewhat indifferently after calming himself. Although he felt a bit anxious inside, he wasn't afraid of that fellow. As long as he avoided any strange interactions, he would be fine. His pride wouldn't allow him to approach someone after being reprimanded, even if that person had some impressive qualities.
Most people knew that Liang Sheng was referring to others from the Divine Horse Association and had lost interest in the conversation. However, because Liang Sheng had drawn attention, no one noticed another individual whose face was twisted in fear—Zhao Xinglong.
At that moment, Zhao Xinglong truly felt like crying. During military training, he had encountered this devilish fellow, and the shadows in his heart were far more significant than any wolf he had faced in the jungle later on.
Even after military training ended, he couldn't shake off the experience and often had nightmares. He had come out this time to clear his mind during an event but never expected to run into this nightmare again.
"Ugh, thankfully he probably doesn't want to attract anyone else's attention and doesn't want to expose himself. As long as I act like I don't know him, it should be fine. That bastard Fatty Fang..." Zhao Xinglong continued to self-soothe while cursing Fang Jinke. Just as he managed to calm himself down, he sadly discovered something in his line of sight.
That demon was subtly beckoning him with a finger. Although no one else noticed and it seemed like the demon's gaze was elsewhere—almost accidental—he couldn't pretend not to see it. The memory of that inhuman visual shock and the military's strict gag order made him realize that he had to go over and ask what this esteemed person wanted from him; otherwise, if something unexpected happened, there would be nowhere for him to cry.
Today was spent running around the city with Foreman... Tomorrow he would head out of town again... What a pain! I’ll write another chapter; tomorrow’s situation with Divine Horse is still uncertain.
