Hearing Dracula's words, Ying Sa shot him a glance, as if looking at something utterly foolish.
"Just trapping you will be enough!" In the end, Ying Sa couldn't help but say one last thing before falling silent.
At that moment, Dracula felt a sharp pain at the top of his head, a sudden wave of panic washing over him. This sensation could only come from a threat of death!
A powerful surge of energy rippled through the air, shimmering with vibrant colors; it was the blade formed from Lin Yi's six paths of energy!
Dracula's reaction was swift. The moment he sensed it, golden light enveloped his body, transforming him into what appeared to be a figure made of metal.
Now trapped by Cage, Dracula could easily break free, but that would take time! And in that time, Lin Yi could stab him through ten times over!
A hint of joy appeared on Lin Yi's face as the blade in his hand pierced the top of Dracula's head. However, he merely transformed into a Metal Man without any further action!
The sound was akin to an ancient drill boring into rock, producing an unpleasant grinding noise! Yet Lin Yi's energy sword continued its relentless advance toward Dracula's skull.
The metallic head seemed to be made of an unknown metal capable of negating spatial barriers. Even as it penetrated, the progress was agonizingly slow!
However, this slowness was merely a reflection of Lin Yi's anxiety; in reality, it took less than a second for the Metal Man to be pierced cleanly in two.
Lin Yi never expected that an unintentional collaboration with Ying Sa would lead to the downfall of the formidable Dracula! Even Ying Sa wore an expression of shock on her delicate face; she could hardly believe that Dracula had fallen so easily!
Suddenly, Lin Yi felt a disturbance beneath his feet. Almost instinctively, he exerted force from his waist and leaped into the air!
"Swish—"
A piercing sound erupted as a beam of golden light shot up from the golden sand below. It quickly vanished from sight. The next moment, a golden figure burst forth from the ground, though it stumbled slightly as if struggling to control its strength.
"Not dead!" Lin Yi barely had time to celebrate Dracula's demise before nearly being pierced through by him!
"Hmph. Even if you kill me, I won't die!" Dracula brushed off the yellow sand from his body, glaring at Lin Yi with eyes filled with resentment.
The previous strike was extremely perilous. He was originally a part of this space, so his reaction speed was naturally not lacking, but he was truly trapped. In that moment, he abandoned a portion of his power and condensed a Metal Man to remain in the Cage.
At the moment Lin Yi's Energy Blade pierced the Metal Man, he seized the opportunity to break free from the Cage and burrow underground. In less than a second, he completed both actions, his speed undeniably swift.
"Roar—" Just then, a resounding roar echoed through the air. Lin Yi and the others turned towards the sound, only to find Cook collapsed in a pool of blood, his aura increasingly chaotic. In front of him stood a Metal Puppet, which was now swinging its massive fist down towards Cook's head.
"Go—" Lin Yi flicked his wrist, swiftly condensing a metallic blade in his hand and shooting it towards the Metal Puppet's arm.
"Clang!"
A piercing sound of metal clashing rang out as the Metal Puppet's arm deflected the attack. Taking advantage of this moment, Cook flickered and re-suspended himself in mid-air.
However, the once calm Cook was now drenched in blood, his silver hair wildly disheveled, and his face resembled that of an old man on the verge of decay!
"Unable to save your own life, yet you still care about others?" Dracula saw Lin Yi intervene to save Cook and couldn't help but feel enraged. His hands began to shift wildly!
"Whoosh whoosh whoosh!" Dozens of metal javelins quickly formed, shooting towards Lin Yi like arrows.
These metal javelins possessed immense power; they were already flying towards Lin Yi just as Dracula had conjured them!
This time, Lin Yi did not use energy to counter the metal javelins but instead weaved through them with ghostly speed.
With each javelin he passed, he drew closer to Dracula. The movements of both sides occurred almost simultaneously; just as the javelins reached Lin Yi's position, only an afterimage remained, while the real Lin Yi had already arrived before Dracula.
"Be trapped!" Dracula noticed Lin Yi's arrival, but having just launched his first wave of attacks without time to summon his powers again, Lin Yi was already upon him.
As soon as Lin Yi's words fell, Dracula realized he had entered a Void of Darkness.
"If I break your Absolute Space, you will either die or be severely injured!" Dracula looked at Lin Yi with a hint of mockery. The colors in Lin Yi's space were subtly shifting, indicating that his strength was not far from Dracula's level.
"I'm sorry, but my space never spares a life!"
As soon as Lin Yi's words fell, the surrounding space suddenly became chaotic, as if it were wrapped in countless invisible blades.
In the blink of an eye, Dracula was covered in wounds, his black battle robe reduced to mere tatters barely covering him.
"That was fast!" This was the first time Dracula had encountered such speed in this world, so fast that he could hardly react.
"There's even faster!"
Lin Yi's expression changed. His Bestow Unique Ability, Alternate Dimension, allowed him to instantaneously traverse distances, but within this Alternate Dimension, dangers lurked, such as spatial turbulence! Now he had condensed it into an Absolute Space, directly placing the Alternate Dimension within it and unleashing those powerful turbulent forces like scissors to surround Dracula!
However, this tactic was a double-edged sword; it would harm both the enemy and himself. The turbulence also greatly affected Lin Yi, who constantly endured the destruction of his own space!
Just as Lin Yi finished speaking, Dracula suddenly felt that the surrounding space was completely beyond his perception.
Then, he sensed a terrifying energy wildly pulling at him! For the first time, Dracula felt his own insignificance in the face of this force!
Without hesitation, Dracula employed an Energy Metal Man to block the opening and then used that opportunity to move to a relatively safe location.
With just that one strike, Dracula expended a significant amount of energy, causing his aura to become somewhat unstable. Lin Yi always adhered to the principle of taking advantage of weakness! Although his space was fraught with danger and even he could not control it absolutely, he was still the master of this space and could avoid those dangers!
Just as Dracula had just escaped the danger zone, Lin Yi's longsword appeared before him!
Looking at the ominous Multicolored Longsword radiating a terrifying aura, Dracula felt a chill in his heart. However, there was clearly no time for him to channel energy now!
With no other choice, Dracula tilted his head at an incredible angle. At that moment, he felt a sharp pain on his left cheek, followed by numbness spreading across half of his face!
With one strike from Lin Yi, although he did not take Dracula's life, he had severed half of his face!
"Die—" Under the intense pain, Dracula couldn't even stop the blood from flowing. A golden light flashed from his palm as he swung a punch toward Lin Yi's chest!
Lin Yi's eyes widened in shock; his opponent was not even trying to dodge and was retaliating instead. At that moment, Lin Yi found himself in a perilous situation, barely managing to flip his Crimson Energy Blade.
"Boom—" A tremendous force struck him, sending Lin Yi flying backward. Despite his efforts to suppress the rolling blood within him, he still coughed up a mouthful of blood.
At that moment, Lin Yi could no longer maintain his Absolute Space. After wiping away the blood, the entire space finally dissipated.
"General dies in a hundred battles! Today, I, Cook, have also experienced countless battles before my death. If I can take someone down with me in the end, it will be worth it!"
Just as Lin Yi returned to the golden Yellow Sand Space, he heard Cook's furious roar. He then saw a streak of light rushing toward Steve.
Faintly, Lin Yi recognized that the streak of light was Cook, who was holding a Metal Puppet. The puppet was relentlessly attacking Cook, and Cook's back was nearly pierced through!
"This is bad! Cook is going to self-destruct!" Even Lin Yi understood what Cook intended to do at this point. Cook had already been severely injured; he was merely fighting on sheer willpower. However, that willpower could not restore any of his physical strength—Cook was running on empty!
In this final moment, Cook chose to self-destruct; he wanted to take Steve down with him! Steve was now terrified and at a loss. Although this space was formidable and he considered himself strong, facing a First Generation Zombie intent on self-destruction was something he felt he could not withstand!
"Hurry! Suppress him with the metal space; we need to get out!" Seeing the situation unfold, Dracula was equally terrified. This space was closely tied to him; if Cook self-destructed, he would undoubtedly suffer severe injuries! And Lin Yi, who had already been troublesome, would certainly not hesitate to strike while he was down—no, it should be said that he would relish in kicking a dog when it's down!
