Ye Yu was struck with shock. The handle of the knife was forged from insulated metal, making it nearly impossible to be electrified under normal circumstances. The only explanation was that the current was not traveling through the metal at all, but rather directly through the air!

A faint blush crossed Hua Ruru's delicate face as she recalled the slightly suggestive scene from earlier, her expression shifting to one of embarrassment and anger, making her even more enchanting.

Ye Yu couldn't help but chuckle bitterly; what had started as a battle now felt more like a couple bickering playfully.
However, he knew that while she was indeed a woman, she was also extremely dangerous. At that moment, all of Ye Yu's Mental Power focused on the space between them; he could sense that she was gathering strength.

Ye Yu bit down on his tongue, and the intense pain instantly pierced through his mind. The Psychic Power that had been faltering stabilized once again due to Ye Yu's stimulus.

Almost simultaneously, Hua Ruru's delicate body went limp, nearly collapsing to the ground. At that moment, the seemingly sturdy electric net cage began to waver.
"Break!" Ye Yu seized the opportunity and released every last bit of his Mental Power. In that instant, Hua Ruru could no longer hold on; the electric net cage collapsed instantly!
A blurred figure moved swiftly as Ye Yu broke free from the cage!
