"Get lost!"
Although Long Ling'er was just a holographic projection here, Ye Yu would not allow anyone to disrespect her in any way.
"This friend has quite the temper. Let's give him something to cool off!" The Skinny Young Man glanced disdainfully at Ye Yu, imagining that these two were just students visiting the Central District for the first time. In his mind, dealing with students meant he had plenty of ways to have fun.
"Zzzz—"
At that moment, Ye Yu heard the sound of electricity crackling and soon saw that several people behind the Skinny Young Man were holding high-voltage Stun Batons, which were radiating a scorching heat.

Almost as soon as the other person lunged, Ye Yu's right foot slammed down on the ground, and he bent forward, arching his body. At the same time, Ye Yu thrust his shoulder upward, instantly colliding with the obese young man's chest and abdomen.
With a thud that sounded like a ragged sack hitting the ground, the overweight young man fell to the floor before he even realized what had happened.
At that moment, the remaining two young men were momentarily stunned. They had just been about to charge in together when their two companions suddenly lost their fighting ability. However, driven by instinct, they still lunged toward Ye Yu.
Although Ye Yu had taken down two opponents in quick succession, it had only been less than a second. The remaining two young men held Stun Batons that emitted a terrifying blue light.

With two nearly simultaneous sounds of impact, the two charging young men collapsed to the ground alongside their Stun Batons.

Reacting instinctively, as soon as Ye Yu sensed something was off, he rolled away from the area that made him feel uneasy.
In that instant, he felt a searing heat nearby, followed by a fire dragon-like flame rushing past him with a roar.
In an instant, the fire dragon dove into the Clothing Store, and the intense heat surged as the entire store was ignited by this fiery creature.
"Ah—Fire—Fire—" Cries of alarm erupted from within the Clothing Store. At that moment, Ye Yu could not afford to check whether the young man behind him was an Ability User; his figure blurred as he dashed into the sea of flames.
At that moment, the fire in the clothing store had not fully ignited yet. If Ye Yu moved quickly enough, he could still avoid the flames. Just as Ye Yu entered, his mental power surged forth, and in that instant, he perceived a figure frantically jumping around.
"Whoosh—" Without a moment's hesitation, Ye Yu blurred into motion and appeared beside the figure. He swiftly grabbed the person and pulled them outside.
"Thank you—my husband is still inside!" The person Ye Yu rescued was a woman, her face covered in soot, making it difficult to discern her age.
Upon hearing her words, Ye Yu glanced back at the fire. In just a few seconds, he felt a wave of intense heat rushing toward him. It would be extremely dangerous to go back in now. However, knowing that a life was at stake right before him, Ye Yu couldn't bring himself to turn away.
In the next moment, Ye Yu unleashed his psychic power, instantly forcing back the roaring flames. At that very second, he dashed back into the building. Yet outside, there was no one else; extending his psychic power further revealed another room inside.
Simultaneously, Ye Yu kicked open the door to that room and charged in.
"It's so heavy!" When he entered, he found a man still asleep inside. There was no time to wake him up; Ye Yu immediately hoisted him onto his back. Even with his first-level body technique energy, carrying this man who weighed at least two hundred pounds was quite a challenge.
"Get moving!" Ye Yu struggled to pick up speed as the fire grew stronger. His mental power surged forth almost entirely, creating an invisible force that pushed back the flames. However, the scorching heat remained, and the temperature in the room continued to rise.
Ye Yu felt as if his throat was being scorched by fire, causing unbearable pain. Suddenly, at that moment, he saw a shadow fall directly in front of him, blocking his path.
