A sudden Autumn Rain swept away the last remnants of summer's warmth. The city of Washing quickly regained the vibrant atmosphere expected of a modern metropolis, with bustling crowds filling the commercial streets and shoppers thronging the various stores. 0

The only place that seemed somewhat deserted was the once-glamorous Rising Dragon Club, which had inexplicably closed its doors during the Autumn Rain. This left many eager returning customers disappointed; some who had traveled from afar gazed at the large "Closed" sign posted at the entrance with forlorn expressions. However, there was a silver lining: the Rising Dragon Club had expressed its apologies in emails sent to every customer, promising a 30% discount upon reopening. 0

After Cheng Zihu moved out of the Association, Hurricane Brothers took over the next day. For three days straight, they tirelessly organized the Association's documents, working to erase any trace of the Rising Dragon Society. Jufeng had previously stated during a conversation in the Autumn Rain with a Beautiful Youth that he would not make significant changes to the Association, at least maintaining its traditional structure and name. Yet, a building has many details, and Jufeng did not want those details to remain stale. This left his Hurricane brothers in a tough spot; after all, those who were accustomed to fighting weren't exactly skilled in renovations. 0

The orders were tough, but the results over three days were remarkable. This building, which had stood in Washing City for years, resembled an elderly witness to history—its exterior unchanged but its interior rejuvenated with youthful vigor. Sitting in what was once Cheng Zihu's office, Jufeng looked out over half the city and felt a ripple of emotion within him. 0

Although his former self could have enjoyed such power and wealth without lifting a finger, that feeling was incomparable to what he experienced now. 0

Everything he had achieved was built from scratch; that moment of tranquility following heart-pounding efforts was life's greatest pleasure. 0

As for his family background… Jufeng chuckled lightly. It wasn't that he considered himself noble or looked down on money; it was just that perhaps he never viewed his father's wealth as a goal. 0

The Rising Dragon Club would soon reopen, and nearly all staff members remained loyal. Whether it was out of respect for Hurricane's authority or a fondness for their treatment, everyone from managers to security personnel continued as usual, just waiting for the new beginning. 0

Jufeng's injuries were no longer serious, and after winning a recent battle, he decided it was time to focus on school. He heard that classes for Mecha Practice at White Dragon School were about to start; he couldn't afford to slack off in this area since the distant and profound Cosmos was far too enticing. 0

Thus, starting tomorrow, Jufeng would attend classes. Tonight, he needed to arrange matters concerning Hurricane. In Canglang One Floating Life, a solemn second meeting of Hurricane would be held. 0

In addition to the four core members present at the meeting, two more elites promoted by Xue joined them for the first time—individuals who were not part of the Underworld. 0

"Wind, this is Guo Hua, Manager Guo," Xue introduced as he led a refined middle-aged man into the room. "He has worked at Rising Dragon Club for over three years and is quite renowned in business." 0

Upon hearing this introduction, Jufeng smiled and stood up, extending his right hand amicably. "I've heard much about Manager Guo; it's a pleasure to finally meet you!" 0

Guo Hua was the general manager of Rising Dragon Club and was aware of some behind-the-scenes dealings regarding Cheng Zihu relinquishing control of the Association. However, needing to support his family led him to hesitate before accepting Hurricane's invitation. 0

In the past, things were clear-cut. Cheng Zihu never allowed him to touch anything related to the Underworld. However, now that Now Hurricane had just taken over, he called for a meeting, leaving Guo Hua feeling somewhat anxious and vaguely regretting the hasty decision made three days ago. 0

But since he had already agreed, it would be inappropriate to back out; he could only brace himself and attend. He never expected that the person who could defeat Cheng Zihu would be so young. 0

Guo Hua saw Jufeng extend his hand and quickly reached out to shake it. After exchanging a few polite words, he took his seat directly across from Jufeng. 0

As he walked in, he noticed many young people moving around the courtyard; they were likely bodyguards. Therefore, the people inside must be part of Hurricane's senior management. Guo Hua dared not stare too obviously but cast a hasty glance, feeling that everyone was just too young. 0

They were all too young; it seemed this Hurricane was a gathering of young people. 0

While Guo Hua pondered this, Jufeng had already begun discussing the reason for his invitation. 0

"Manager Guo, the reason we called you here is quite simple. We want to establish a group but are not very familiar with the factors involved, so we’d like to consult you." 0

"A group?" Guo Hua's eyes lit up at those words. "Brother Jufeng wants to establish a corporate group?" 0

"Yes, that's about right. I have several businesses under my belt, including the Rising Dragon Club, as well as bars and bathhouses. I want to consolidate these industries so that managing them becomes easier." 0

Upon hearing Jufeng's description, Guo Hua silently praised him; this young man had a far-reaching vision and understood that money could only be made in large quantities when scaled properly. 0

"Brother Jufeng is correct. However, once the group is established, there should be a general direction for its operations. With so many industries under your command, which area do you plan to develop?" 0

As a top student from a business school, Guo Hua knew that establishing a group was simple. Once formed, substantial funds would soon flow back from various industries, and if those funds were not utilized properly, it would be a significant waste. That was why Guo Hua asked such a question. 0

Jufeng pondered for a moment and said, "Actually, I know nothing about business. Based on your expertise, Manager Guo, which industry do you think would be better for investment?" 0

This was not Jufeng trying to play coy; he genuinely did not know much about it. His father understood these matters well, but Jufeng had rarely been by his side and thus missed out on the essentials. The key was that he wasn't particularly interested in these things either. If it weren't for needing to support Hurricane, he wouldn't bother with any of it. 0

Hearing Jufeng's question, Guo Hua suddenly felt energized. That was a significant amount of capital! If he could utilize it, just think of the wealth he could create! Even if it didn't belong to him, the joy of creation was something every businessman found irresistible. 0

So, for the next moment, Guo Hua spoke incessantly, completely shedding the earlier tension and awkwardness. 0

Finally, at Jufeng's subtle gesture, Xue skillfully interrupted Guo Hua. Jufeng simply said, "You handle it. Just make sure it earns money," before sending Guo Hua on his way. 0

"Wind, what do you think of him?" Xue asked as he escorted Guo Hua to the door and returned to Jufeng. 0

Jufeng shrugged. "He should have talent, but he's too timid. When he sat down earlier, he barely settled in his seat. It's hard to achieve great things like that. I don't feel comfortable entrusting him with our economic lifeline. Let's use him for now; I'll keep looking for a more suitable candidate to be his superior." 0

Xue nodded, understanding that this was indeed a significant matter that required caution and could not be rushed. It was better to discuss the hurricane situation first. 0

The hurricane had dealt a heavy blow to the Rising Dragon Society, increasing its prestige significantly. Many who were neither too high nor too low had joined for fame. After a brief selection process, their numbers had increased considerably. With the addition of those who had defected from the Rising Dragon Society, their ranks soared even higher. 0

When the hurricane was first established, there were fewer than ninety members; now they had reached one hundred eighty, even after eliminating some who were unfit and merely taking up space. Now, even in Washing City, the hurricane was considered a major faction and had long since expanded beyond just the university district. 0

Of course, with more people came the need for resources, so Jufeng's plan to establish a group could not be delayed and needed to be prioritized. 0

"This is what I'm thinking," Jufeng began, and everyone around listened intently—except for Tong Bailong, who found little use in such discussions since he was not well-versed in administrative matters. 0

"I want to set up the structure of the hurricane so that no matter how large we grow in the future, we will distribute according to this framework." 0

"The hurricane will have three martial halls and one Hidden Hall. The martial halls will be named Dragon, Underworld, and Amethyst, responsible for killing and protection; the Hidden Hall will be called Shadow and will manage intelligence and assassination. Additionally, I plan to establish a special operations team to handle various emergencies under the codename Azure Wind Antelope. What do you all think?" 0

Xue thought for a moment and nodded slightly without speaking. Lezheng also remained silent; although the two newcomers wanted to impress their leader, they felt there was nothing particularly useful to add and kept quiet as well. Tong Bailong naturally had nothing to contribute either. 0

"Very well, if there are no objections, I will assign specific personnel. While I am in charge of all the halls, everything will be under my command in my absence. Tong Bailong will serve as the Honorary Hall Master of Dragon Hall and will also act as my bodyguard. A-Zheng will be the Deputy Hall Master of Dragon Hall, responsible for all daily affairs of Dragon Hall. He Jie will take on the role of Deputy Hall Master of Underworld, temporarily managing all daily matters of Underworld; Song Peng will be the Deputy Hall Master of Purple Jade Hall, similarly overseeing all daily affairs of Purple Jade Hall." 0

Jufeng finished the personnel assignments in one breath, picked up a cup from the table, took a sip of tea, and quietly awaited everyone's reactions. 0

Xue naturally remained unresponsive; Jufeng's trust in him was unquestionable. Lezheng initially felt a bit confused, as if the leader was being somewhat indifferent towards him. However, upon reflection, he realized that Tong Bailong would not interfere with Dragon Hall's affairs, meaning he would effectively be in charge of Dragon Hall himself. It was merely a formality, so he dismissed any concerns. The two newcomers were ecstatic, overwhelmed with gratitude and excitement. 0

Once again, there were no objections. Jufeng sighed inwardly; this group of brothers trusted him too much, which wasn't necessarily a good thing. He continued, "The remaining positions will be left vacant for now. If suitable candidates arise, I will consider them. If you all perform well, I will promote you to permanent positions. Keep up the good work." 0

With that said, Jufeng stood up and returned to his room, while everyone else dispersed, and the night returned to its quiet state. 0

On the second floor of the villa, Jufeng gazed at the starry sky. His thoughts drifted aimlessly as he pondered whether there was a beautiful woman somewhere beneath that round moon also gazing at it. 0
