Two figures emerged from the crowd, a handsome man and a beautiful woman, looking exceptionally well-matched. Jufeng gazed at the two individuals with an air of elegance amidst the throng and suddenly felt that his decision was indeed wise.
Jiang Xue was about to enter Huankezhao for further studies, which could be considered a solitary venture. Although Huankezhao was not exactly a tiger's den, there were certainly some risks involved. Therefore, Jufeng had arranged for the Civilization Faction to ensure Sister Xue's safety. However, the entrance exam for Huankezhao was quite challenging, particularly for someone unfamiliar with civilization. Fortunately, Chuyang was there as a support, making the most difficult problems manageable.
Jiang Xue and Civilization approached and got into the car, while the other elites from Jinhai Industries also boarded the pre-arranged vehicles, heading towards the Zongheng Express business district from various directions.
“Civilization, it seems that nobody is perfect after all. I used to think you were the most perfect man—cultured, handsome, exceptional in marksmanship and martial arts, and an unparalleled choice in culinary skills. I just didn’t expect there would still be things you couldn’t do…”
After letting Civilization and Jiang Xue into the car and as it started moving, Jufeng couldn’t help but tease Civilization.
Civilization calmly glanced at Jufeng and smiled, “I’m definitely not as good as Brother Jufeng. Not only are you proficient in everything, but you also have a way with women. You’re both a bodyguard and an elite from a rival company, plus you’re famous in Europe as Blue Cat. Tsk tsk…”
Some things don’t need to be said in full to have a greater impact than complete statements; especially with Sister Dai’s Sister Four present. Civilization’s words were laced with hidden danger as he looked at Jufeng with amusement, while Jufeng’s expression immediately fell.
Sister Four heard Civilization's comment and glared at Jufeng. “Feng, you can’t let Sister Dai down; otherwise, we sisters won’t let you off easily! Hmph!”
Jufeng shot a glare at Civilization in secret, but Civilization remained unfazed, turning his gaze to the window instead. Jufeng thought to himself that in order to get back at this brother, he needed to play matchmaker for them.
“Don’t worry, Sister Xue. Forget about Brother Jufeng giving you the Huan Ke Second-Grade Knife; Brother Jufeng’s sincere feelings for Sister Dai are evident!”
Jiang Xue didn’t look at Jufeng’s earnest expression but turned her head away instead, mirroring Civilization’s demeanor.

After two days, the results of Huankezhao's assessment were released. Among the elites from Jinhai Industries, sixty percent were accepted—not only breaking new ground but also achieving remarkable results. This was closely related to Jufeng's previous role in representing Huankezhao’s products, many of which were rare items on the market and served as commemorative editions that significantly promoted advancements in technology.
Unsurprisingly, Jiang Xue was accepted into Huankezhao with impressive scores; naturally, Civilization was among them as well. As both entered Huankezhao together for their studies, the Five Sisters Group was also making waves by capturing public enthusiasm for Magellanic Star, albeit with a slightly altered approach—now gradually introducing individual offerings.
Wen Yun, the eldest sister with a background in music, entered the public eye as a talented artist. Her skills on the piano, violin, traditional Chinese instruments like the erhu and pipa, as well as the flute, reached an extraordinary level. Jufeng had previously known that the eldest sister could indeed be proud of her talents, but he never imagined she could be so exceptional—truly a phenomenon of the ages!
Thus, Wen Yun became an overnight sensation, instantly becoming a household name in Magellanic Star. This also showcased Claudia's business acumen; by attracting attention in such a striking manner, it was only natural to subsequently introduce her other sisters.
However, among the sisters who were introduced one after another, there was no sign of Jiang Xue. To avoid raising Huankezhao's suspicions, they had no choice but to appear publicly as four sisters.
While their established work proceeded as planned, Jufeng intended to team up with Liu Gulang to investigate the front lines. Meanwhile, Zhu Yao and Tong Bailong would stay behind to ensure Sister Five's safety. If the Azure Dragon Monk was indeed present, they would deal with this malignant presence.
Before leaving, however, a piece of news from Earth caused Jufeng to pause for a moment. Vera had consolidated a batch of resources and was making significant advances toward Magellanic Star. This was part of an agreement they had made initially—a win-win situation that Jufeng would not renege on.
Yet, the influx of resources could attract unwanted attention from local powers. While someone like Huankezhao might not pay much heed, companies of comparable strength or slightly stronger would likely pose obstacles. Therefore, before heading to the territory plagued by terrorists, Jufeng first discussed subtle transfer strategies with Guo Hua and then personally led his team to the border to welcome Vera.
Vera's status was far more formidable than Jufeng's as a Second Lieutenant, so their passage through customs went smoothly. At the border area, Jufeng's team divided Vera's substantial shipment into smaller batches for transport to various branches of Zongheng Express before returning them under Blazing Axe's name through some business maneuvers.
"Hey, you didn't bring your Blue Cat along? Not even your big guy? That's quite rare," Jufeng remarked upon seeing Vera after more than twenty days apart.
In the spaceship, Vera had changed from her previous white dress that gave off a neighborly vibe into casual sportswear. The absence of her Blue Cat made her look even more streamlined.
The only thing that remained unchanged was her timeless expression. She looked at Jufeng calmly and said, "I left Lan Er in Washing City. It enjoys the environment of Canglang One Floating Life and can occasionally play with your Azure Wind Antelope; it won't be too lonely. As for Lance, he has his own matters on Earth. No one knows me in Outer Space, so there’s no danger."
Jufeng thought to himself that his impression of her cat was that it only slept all day and was too lazy to do anything else—how could it possibly play with his Azure Wind Antelope? However, he kept these thoughts to himself and noticed that Vera's demeanor had changed alongside her outfit; if he guessed correctly, she must have some combat capability.
"You've heard about the rampant terrorists here, right? I plan to take you along and act as a hero by punishing evil and promoting good. After all, I am a Second Lieutenant; protecting my country is my duty. Are you interested?"
Vera naturally did not believe Jufeng's words and replied calmly, "I'm not skilled in business matters; I'm here just to see the world. So—I’ll follow you."
“However?” Jufeng said with a sly smile, “The battlefield is very dangerous. What if Sister Vera gets hurt? How about…”
Jufeng intended to take advantage of the situation, specifically in a verbal sense, but Vera interrupted him, saying, “I’ve heard that personal combat skills are not highly regarded here; we all fight using mechs. If that’s the case, I’m sorry, but I don’t need your protection.”
Jufeng stared in shock as Vera disappeared. Soon after, a silver-white mech appeared in space, looking specially crafted and particularly magnificent.
Jufeng exchanged glances with Liu Gulang; both recognized that this mech was extraordinary and not something an ordinary person could pilot. As a result, the heavily injured Romain felt a pang of internal injury.
“In this day and age, even being a rogue is so difficult. Let’s go!”
Before long, two more mechs appeared in the cosmos, and three figures vanished like shooting stars into the sea of stars.
