The cockroaches were still alive. 0

Suddenly, Zheng Yifan's expression changed. All the cockroaches were frozen, yet they had not died. Their life force had diminished to its lowest point, but Zheng Yifan could still sense that their vitality would not disappear. The temperature had dropped to around minus sixty or seventy degrees, and in some areas, it was nearing minus one hundred degrees. 0

Yet despite this, the cockroaches had not completely perished. They would continue to survive in their frozen state, waiting for a chance to awaken. 0

Zheng Yifan felt a shiver run through him; these creatures were incredibly difficult to eliminate. To kill them, he would need to use forceful measures, ensuring they had no opportunity to recover. 0

Then he witnessed the true actions of the Hope Gathering Place as they began their assault. It was something he had never considered before. 0

They now had a clear combat strategy. As the Hope Gathering Place, they certainly had their own methods of engagement. 0

Suddenly, a large group of warriors appeared from behind, carrying RPG Rocket Launchers. The rockets erupted from the launchers with a powerful tremor. 0

Next, all the rockets were fired at the targeted locations. 0

In an instant, the intense vibrations made the ground tremble as if it were shaking. 0

These rocket launchers were specially designed; each shell would split into countless Shaped Bombs. The Vibration Bombs unleashed low-powered shockwave energy that erupted instantly, releasing all their force completely. 0

They did not generate destructive power that would devastate the ground. 0

However, the cockroaches were utterly shattered. 0

The sudden vibrations obliterated the frozen cockroaches, rendering them weak due to the cold. They contained little moisture and thus lacked any additional resilience. 0

As a result, their already fragile bodies began to completely collapse. 0

Zheng Yifan felt a sense of relief; he finally understood that in his Gathering Place, they could accomplish their tasks. They could do anything. Everything could be overcome. 0

This was a Gathering Place with complete self-fighting capabilities. It was certainly not the same place he had been in before, where he had to bear the brunt of everything himself. 0

He could now confidently venture out to seek madness or travel around the world in search of various challenges. 0

Cockroaches and widespread death were just the beginning, as there would be even more cockroaches to come, for their numbers were simply overwhelming. The northern region was entirely dominated by the Water-type Firearm Espers. 0

The eastern front was even more challenging. They were Firearm Espers from other factions. The Fire-type was the most numerous and also the most powerful in the Hope Gathering Place. 0

Raging flames turned the east into an Inferno; they lacked strategic depth. The weapons they used were sniper rifles, which carried the greatest Vital Energy. With larger calibers, their bullets had greater power and devastating lethality. 0

It was as if bombs were raining down, wreaking havoc on cars and buildings on the ground. The high temperatures temporarily could not deter these cockroaches; only shockwaves and flames could bring about their demise. 0

These were the most numerous among them. However, there were other Firearm Espers as well. They had many tricks up their sleeves, with Li Li being the strongest among them. He wielded his sniper rifle with terrifying skill; the bullets he fired flowed like a torrent, making it impossible to tell they were from a sniper rifle. The most frightening aspect was his newly emerged ability: his bullets could trace arcs, locking onto targets no matter where the enemy went, striking vital points with precision. 0

It was as if the bullets had been given life. 0

Yet he was not the craziest among them. The most insane one was a twelve-year-old girl. A noticeable scar ran across her forehead, and her eyes were almost blood-red. Each time she pulled the trigger at a swarm of cockroaches, she created a gravitational space at the impact point, instantly drawing all nearby cockroaches into its center. Then, as if space itself collapsed, everything would explode outward. 0

It was like creating a Singularity, where all matter seemed destined for destruction. 0

However, her firing rate was not very fast—about one shot every ten seconds—because stronger Superpowers required longer charging times and limitations. They would never reveal their formidable strength in everyday situations; only during actual combat would they astonish everyone. 0

What surprised Zheng Yifan even more were those followers. They guarded two other directions, and it was hard to imagine that they had mobilized tens of thousands of people. Yet there were only two individuals at the very front. 0

Yes! Only two people stood at the forefront, while the others sat quietly on the ground, channeling their Superpowers to those two individuals. 0

At that moment, a massive statue appeared in each direction. Zheng Yifan couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of it all; it was his own statue, and it looked incredibly majestic. It was engulfed in white Holy Flame, with an Adamantium Shield in its left hand shining like the sun, while the Silver Spear seemed to have taken on a solid form. 0

Zheng Yifan understood that they had no idea how he fought. However, they could imagine that these two statues represented the strongest version of Zheng Yifan in their minds. 0

In the western statue, the Silver Spear was thrust firmly into the ground, as if guiding countless rays of light to all people in the world. Holy light radiated outwards, igniting flames on all the cockroaches illuminated by it. 0

The flames were not particularly powerful; the cockroaches merely felt uncomfortable. But they would not die. 0

The left-handed Adamantium Shield was far more terrifying. The shield resembled a collection of countless Machine Guns, and all the cockroaches illuminated by the holy light seemed to be locked onto by lasers. The Adamantium Shield could target each one for widespread attacks. 0

It was as if sunlight poured forth; the beams emitted from the Adamantium Shield were horrifying. 0

On the other side, Zheng Yifan's statue was even more fearsome. It was a purely melee combat-oriented statue; every swing of the Silver Spear unleashed numerous rays of holy light like arrows. Each attack generated tremendous combat power that shattered those cockroaches into pieces. 0

As for the Adamantium Shield, it was even more terrifying in their minds. The shield seemed to envelop the entire space, trapping all the cockroaches within it, leaving them unable to escape and only waiting for their complete annihilation. 0

Moreover, the two statues could actually assist each other. When facing formidable enemies, the melee-focused statue would primarily attack, while against large numbers of foes, it was clear that the one using sunlight-like powers would be even more ferocious. (To be continued.) 0
