Watching the figure of the girl run away in tears, Chu Donglin reached out his hand, wanting to stop her. However, the girl pressing down on him lunged at him again, her delicate red lips sealing his mouth.
At the same time, her youthful body rubbed and twisted against him, her soft and elastic form bringing an indescribable pleasure to Chu Donglin.

The girl's body stiffened. She furrowed her brows as if confused by something. Staring at Chu Donglin's face, she opened her mouth as if trying to say something but seemed unable to remember due to some obstruction.
After a while, she finally stammered out a title, "Sen... Senior..."
After saying that, the girl looked at her hands in confusion and then at Chu Donglin, as if puzzled by why she had uttered that word.
Chu Donglin smiled with relief. "You really do remember me..."
Although the girl before him might only retain a faint impression of him, this also confirmed from another perspective the possibility that Zombies could recover past memories. This discovery was enough to make Chu Donglin happy.
He used a cloth to dry the girl's damp body, changing her into clean pants and putting on a dress he had prepared earlier.

Curiously, he sat up and saw the girl Shishi standing at the door, hugging a life-sized Teddy Bear, with tear stains still on her face.
Expressionless, she locked eyes with Chu Donglin. After glancing at the girl sleeping beside him, Shishi calmly closed the door. She walked over with a tranquil demeanor, slipped under the covers, and lay down on Chu Donglin's other side.
“Daddy…”
Her body clung tightly to Chu Donglin as she buried her face in his chest and murmured, “Don’t leave Shishi behind…”
Chu Donglin was taken aback for a moment but gently patted the girl's head and smiled as he nodded. “Hmm, I will never leave Shishi behind.”
Thus, their first little quarrel as father and daughter ended abruptly without any resolution.
