Yao Long, upon hearing this, slowly closed his eyes and sighed, "Some things, not just you all, even Mr. Death has never experienced..." With that, he turned his body away from us and pulled up his clothing.
At this moment, everyone was stunned by the sight before them. Behind Yao Long was a brown mark that seemed to be attached to his spine. At a glance, it looked like a thick centipede embedded in his back, its countless legs tightly coiling around Yao Long's vertebrae.
"What is this?! Why didn't you tell me sooner?" Death Apostle exclaimed in shock.
Seeing this, Hu Fang quickly cried out and moved aside, trying to distance herself from Yao Long, as if she had a primal fear of insects.
I too widened my eyes, staring intently at the mark on his back, horrified as I asked, "Is this similar to the mark on my hand?!"
Yao Long noticed everyone's astonishment and slowly lowered his clothing, turning back to face us. "No, it's different. The mark on your hand is related to your soul, while what I have is a kind of evil curse that will consume my life... In fact, I don't have many years left to live..."
Yao Long slightly bowed his head, appearing somewhat melancholic, but he quickly adjusted his emotions and smiled as he said, "But don't worry about me; I've come to terms with it. If it weren't for Mr. Death, I would have been a wandering spirit long ago. How could I still be sitting here talking with you? But Yao Long seemed unable to hear them at all. He shook his head and said, "You don't understand; those destined to die cannot live, and those meant to live cannot die. My fate is sealed this way. Don't waste your time trying to convince me; instead, think carefully about your next plan."
After listening, I thought to myself, "Since I originally intended to use Miao Gu to find Onizuka, why not go with the flow and remove the mark from Yao Long as well..."

You mentioned that you've encountered Miao Gu before; could you kindly lead us there?" I chose this approach because I feared that directly offering to help might provoke his resistance.

Before Death Apostle could finish, Yao Long waved his hand and said, "Mr. Death, I understand all of that. You don't need to elaborate further; I'll take you there!" With that, his gaze became resolute, as if he had made a death-defying decision.

I truly didn't want to put him in a tough spot, but we had to search for the next Onizuka; otherwise, I feared what harm Yang Master would inflict using these Onizukas.
Resolving myself, I whispered, "Well then, you can't catch a wolf without parting with the child; let's just go for it and stop worrying so much."
Noticing my unusual expression, Death Apostle and Li Zhisheng asked, "Shen Xu, have you thought of something troubling again?"
I quickly composed myself and replied calmly, "No, no. I'm just a bit worried about Yao Long; it's nothing serious. Since we've made our decision now, let's prepare and set off as soon as possible. The longer we delay, the worse it will be for us."
Everyone nodded in agreement. At that moment, Hu Fang's expression shifted from earlier delight at going out to one of worry upon hearing about our impending journey. Liu Mei furrowed her brow slightly, showing signs of anxiety.
"Alright, it's getting late; you all should rest now. We have a lot to do soon..." With that, I ushered Hu Fang and Li Zhisheng into the bedroom first. Meanwhile, I pulled Yao Long aside onto the balcony and asked him with concern, "There were too many people just now; I sensed you might have some things you couldn't say openly. Just as I finished speaking, Death Apostle followed us from the living room. He patted Yao Long on the shoulder and looked at his bandaged hand. "This time, I won't force you into it.
