Xiao Qiang turned around and caught a glimpse of the Strange Woman reaching out to help the wind. He nodded silently, knowing that time was too tight, and they risked alerting the Humanoid Brain. Their weapons were lethal.
The armored vehicle adjusted its direction towards the alley entrance. With a burst of gunfire, a wave of Abnormal Humanoids fell. The wind thought the armored vehicle was incredible, almost legendary in its efficiency; its agile movements captivated her.
With simple excitement, the wind suggested to Xiao Qiang that they should press on, as they could eliminate many more Abnormal Humanoids.
Xiao Qiang believed that activating the armored vehicle was only a last resort. In this situation, deploying it would undoubtedly mean declaring war on the Abnormal Humanoids. If they didn’t find a way to escape, the Abnormal Humanoids' weapons were not to be underestimated. Moreover, he didn’t want to resort to such measures unless absolutely necessary, as relevant authorities still held hope for Area A5, and he did not possess the authority to slaughter the Abnormal Humanoids.

“What are you blabbering about now?” The voice from her companion was soft but still reached the wind's ears.
The Strange Woman shot a contemptuous glance at her. “You? A frog?”
Suppressing her anger, the wind replied word by word, “Sister, I have a name; I’m not a frog.”
"Not a toad, why are you making such a fuss?"
"……" Fengxing's eyes widened, eyebrows furrowed, and her small fists clenched tightly. She genuinely wanted to punch that girl in the mouth.
"Can you two calm down?" Xiao Qiang turned to look at Feng, then at the Strange Woman. Politely, he said, "You..."

Even specific body movements can indicate deceit, but eyes never lie. Moreover, liars often subconsciously rub their eyes to hide their unnatural gaze.
Xiao Qiang's sharp gaze seemed to force Plum Blossom Rain into an awkward retreat. In just a moment, she pretended to be casual and looked away, running her fingers through her hair. When she turned back to him, her expression was calm, and her voice carried a hint of coquetry as she asked, "Do you really not trust me?"
Feng, pretending to doze off nearby, found Plum Blossom Rain's tone nauseating but didn’t ease up on watching her.

If the Humanoid Brain knew, then the consequence would be a large number of Armed Humanoids coming to ambush and shoot them.
