Negotiation refers to the reasonable and effective exchange of maximum benefits through mutual compromise. 0

The person in charge of New York Nails is Tock, who aims to expand his influence from the bar, inevitably encroaching on Puzzle's territory. He received orders from Shasha to provoke friction between the two parties as a means to test Jin Bing's bottom line. 0

Soon, a messenger holding Jin Bing's envelope arrived at the bar, bringing news of the negotiation. 0

Tock looked at the sexy woman standing before him, his gaze filled with desire, but he quickly restrained himself. He understood deeply that some people could be approached while others could not. A woman who could come alone to his stronghold—could she really be just an ordinary woman as she appeared? Clearly not. 0

"You must be Mr. Tock Cyrus, right?" The woman said, glancing around as if searching for someone. 0

Tock coughed twice in displeasure. "Madam, your actions seem somewhat disrespectful to me." 0

The woman smiled at his words. "I mean no disrespect; it's just that my boss wishes to speak with your boss. Clearly, while you have enough power, you are not the one in charge." 0

Tock was taken aback; how could this woman see that he was not the decision-maker? 0

"Mr. Tock, can you contact the person behind you? If not, then I apologize for the intrusion." 0

With that, the woman made a move to leave, clearly not regarding Tock highly. 0

"Stop!" Anger surged within Tock at her dismissal, but he held back to avoid unnecessary conflict. "I can take you to see BSS, but you must follow the rules!" 0

The woman paused and chuckled lightly. "I am always one to follow the rules." 0

"Then follow me!" Tock shot her a cold glance and beckoned her over. 0

The Skull Society currently had no real headquarters; wherever Shasha was, that was where their base would be. Before Jin Bing's messenger arrived, he had anticipated that she would request to see him and had specifically instructed Tock to bring her over if she asked. 0

When the woman saw Shasha, her expression became oddly peculiar. Why? Because she had previously received orders from Jin Bing to try and recruit this person. She never expected that this individual would turn out to be the leader of America's second underground force! 0

"I'll introduce you," Tock began but was abruptly interrupted by the woman. "No need, Mr. Tock. I believe I know your leader, don't I? Mr. Liquid Snake?" 0

Shasha raised an eyebrow, surprised that this woman actually knew him. When did that start? Was it when he first began to make a name for himself, or after he entered prison? After pondering for a moment, he waved his hand to dismiss Tock. Only after Tock had left did he turn to the woman and say lightly, "This is the first time I've met a messenger who doesn't know their own name." 0

The woman lowered her head in silence for a while before slowly saying, "If you wish, you can call me Mary." 0

Mary? There weren't many under Jin Bing who went by that name, and Shasha only knew of one. 0

The one with multiple personalities: Typhoid Mary! 0

Typhoid Mary had four distinct personalities. The first was Mary Walker, her normal persona. 0

The second was Mary, a peaceful and quiet personality. 0

The third was Typhoid, an adventurous, violent personality driven by strong desires. 0

The fourth was Bloody Mary, a brutal and sadistic personality that despised all men. 0

Shasha gave her a meaningful glance, concluding that she was likely in her second personality now. 0

Mary's four personalities could compromise and switch seamlessly. It was clear she had just transitioned from the first to the second personality—why? To facilitate negotiation! 0

"Then Mary, can you tell me your purpose here?" 0

Mary pulled a letter from her pocket and handed it to Shasha. The signature read 'Wilson Grant Fisk.' 0

Had he not known Jin Bing's real name, Shasha would have been embarrassed. He took the letter, opened it, and scanned through it quickly. He realized that his objective had been achieved. 0

Why provoke friction with Jin Bing repeatedly? Testing his limits was one aspect; the other was gambling on Jin Bing's reluctance to engage in full-scale conflict. The more power one had, the more cautious they became, fearing social unrest that could spiral out of control. 0

It seemed Jin Bing's influence over the government wasn't strong enough; otherwise, why would he be so constrained? 0

However, this very limitation provided Shasha with an opportunity. 0

"Go back and tell Mr. Jin Bing that I am willing to negotiate, but if it's through letters, then forget it. What I want is a face-to-face negotiation; only then can sincerity be demonstrated, right?" Shasha chuckled lightly as she tossed the letter onto the ground. 0

Even though the letter stated that part of the group's business could be relinquished, Shasha still treated it like worthless trash. 0

Mary watched Shasha's actions and couldn't help but raise an eyebrow, her expression remaining impassive. "I will convey your message." 0

With that, she turned and walked away without any intention of lingering. She knew that Shasha deemed her unworthy. 0

Suppressing the urge of her fourth personality, Mary couldn't help but grit her teeth, thinking, "Sooner or later, I will make you realize whether I am worthy or not!" 0

As for what Mary was thinking, Shasha was unaware. Next, she would confront Jin Bing; she was curious to see what kind of person this one of the few formidable figures in Marvel truly was. 0

After all, hearing is deceiving, but seeing is believing. 0
