In the darkness, a figure towering over three meters loomed, its muscles coiled like steel, exuding an unimaginable strength. One by one, the pursuit team fell before it.
Bronski could only watch helplessly as everything unfolded, never feeling so powerless.
The tranquilizer darts were utterly ineffective against its skin; this creature was a veritable monster, impervious to blades and bullets!
Recalling General Ross's words before he left, Bronski forced a bitter smile. This time, he had truly messed up.
Just as Hulk emerged from the factory, Shasha and Rogers finally arrived. They exchanged glances and stepped forward to block his path.
Furious, Hulk let out another roar and swung his fists down at them.
With a thunderous crash, the ground where they had stood was smashed into a deep crater.
As Rogers retreated, his shield flew from his hand, spinning around Hulk like a powerful boomerang. He dashed forward to catch the shield and leaped high, bringing it down forcefully onto Hulk's head.
Sound-Absorbing Steel was one of the hardest metals in the Marvel universe; it not only remained intact but also left Hulk dazed and disoriented.
Seizing the opportunity, Shasha drew her sword, aiming the sharp blade at Hulk's lower abdomen—the softest part of any being. She was betting that Hulk's genetics did not cover that vulnerable spot.
However, the result was unexpected.
With a clang, Shasha's eyes widened in shock; it seemed this monster had no weak points at all. In the next moment, her gaze turned cold as she thrust upward with all her strength and vibration energy toward his belly.
A hissing sound echoed as the blade pierced flesh. But before Shasha could revel in her triumph, she felt an immense force surge back at her. It was as if she had been struck by a train traveling at full speed; she crashed through several walls before being buried under debris.
Witnessing this scene, Rogers was stunned. He could hardly believe that this monster possessed such terrifying power. Shasha, who had been rated higher than himself by Nick for her skills, had been taken down in an instant?
Before Rogers could regain his senses, a massive green fist came crashing down. He hurriedly raised his shield to block it; although he was not injured, the unstoppable force and the nearly bone-breaking impact sent him flying uncontrollably.
Rogers did not escape the fate of Shasha, as he was slammed into the wall.
Watching as the two ants that had obstructed him were dealt with, Hulk let out a disdainful grunt and turned to leave.
However, a flash of sword light cut through the air, sending debris flying. A bloodied figure appeared behind Hulk in an instant, delivering a strike infused with fifty percent Vibration output!
With a thunderous crash, Hulk's massive body was sent hurtling backward. Following closely, Shasha unleashed another strike with sixty percent Vibration, driving Hulk deep into the ground.
Stabbing his longsword into the earth, Shasha, with a bloodied face twisted in rage, let out a furious roar. He raised both fists, delivering a one-hundred percent Vibration punch aimed at the embedded Hulk.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
With each punch, the Vibration spread further. The residents of the slums were thrown into panic; the tremors felt like an earthquake, causing them to scream in terror and flee their homes.
Awakened by the Vibration, Rogers gaped at the scene before him. When had he ever witnessed such brutality? And what was this Vibration? Why had Nick never mentioned it?
He couldn't help but think of the S-class Quake Fruit. Its explosive power had rapidly increased, surpassing even Hulk in such a short time. Originally, Shasha hadn't intended to use his abilities but had been caught off guard and swiftly defeated.
The humiliation and underestimation made him taste defeat for the first time, and his inner fury erupted.
Yet, was Hulk any different? With anger building within him, his strength surged back. He kicked Shasha high into the air.
With a leap, he brought both hands down like hammers.
Boom!
This time it was Shasha who found himself embedded in the ground, followed by one heavy blow after another.
Rogers realized he could no longer remain dazed; if he did, Shasha would likely be beaten to death.
With a few strides, Rogers leaped into the air, shrinking behind his shield as he dove down.
The sound of impact echoed as Hulk's head was struck, leaving him dazed.
Seizing the opportunity, Rogers hoisted the bleeding Shasha onto his back and made his escape. He understood deeply that the monster before him was beyond their strength; otherwise, both of them would perish here.
Shasha, slung over Rogers' back, felt a haze clouding his consciousness, but he knew he had been defeated. A bitter smile crept onto his face.
Having thought that defeating Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Wolverine would allow him to roam freely in the Marvel Universe, Hulk's appearance served as a harsh lesson—he was far from invincible.
Casting a deep glance back at the increasingly furious Hulk due to their escape, Shasha resolved to repay this humiliation in kind. "I will return this shame to you with my own hands!"
